El Hotel Don Camilo de San Telmo nos ha gustado mucho. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien equipadas y con unas vistas magníficas; todo funciona perfectamente y los servicios son completos. El personal es muy atento y amable, lo que hace la estancia aún más agradable. Sin duda, repetiríamos. San Telmo es un pueblo muy tranquilo y acogedor, algo alejado de algunas zonas de la isla, pero en nuestro caso, como ya conocíamos Mallorca, no supuso ningún inconveniente. La única nota negativa está relacionada con un problema medioambiental de la zona: los vertidos de aguas residuales en épocas de alta ocupación turística. Las depuradoras no siempre dan abasto y, en algunos casos, hay hoteles sin sistema de tratamiento propio, lo que provoca que las aguas vayan directamente al mar. Esto afecta tanto a Cala Crisca como a la Platja des Geperut, deteriorando la calidad del agua en determinados momentos del año.

Sono stata recentemente con mio marito in questo hotel per un soggiorno di 11 notti. Direi tutto perfetto tranne che gli ultimi 4 giorni l' aria condizionata in camera non andava. Il tecnico l' aveva ripristinata ,ma la mattina dopo stesso problema. Segnalo di nuovo il problema e alla fine scopro che il guasto è alla centrale dell' aria di tutte le camere,e mi dicono di pazientare qualche mezz'ora. Ma La terza notte dormo male ancora a causa del caldo e decido di recarmi di nuovo alla reception . Trovo la direttrice dell' hotel che mi ripete che il problema è centralizzato ma che nel giro di mezz'ora tutto tornerà a posto. Io ringrazio ma chiedo un rimborso per il mancato funzionamento visto che che si tratta di un problema non da poco e con una tempistica abbastanza lunga. La direttrice acconsente dicendomi che avrebbe dovuto sentire la direzione generale.Alla fine sono rientrata in Italia senza che l' aria condizionata fosse ripristinata. Continuo ad inviare mail all'hotel per avere il rimborso per il disservizio subito ma nessuno mi risponde.

Zwei sehr schöne Tage am Meer
Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Strand über eine lange Stiege super schnell vom Hotel erreichbar. Gute Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Perfekt zum Erholen!

Really great place. Felt safe and quiet for kids. Great spot for busses and for restaurants. So close to a little bay which is beautiful. Really lovely and friendly staff. Great views from the top rooms. Good value.
