All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The facilities were very good, and the rooms were clean and spotless.
It's a shame we only stayed one night.

The views are spectacular, it’s a beautiful part of Mallorca. The hotel is stunning!! The breakfast, the beach club, everything about it is amazing. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

hôtel super beau , personnels très sympathiques , petit déjeuner correct , emplacement au top les pieds dans l'eau Sant Elm joli petit village de pêcheur, beaucoup de restaurant dans une rue piétonne Seul bémol les transats de l'hôtel payant (30 euros le transat) vraiment dommage plutôt satisfait de notre séjour (2 couples ) chambre supérieure vue mer 6 éme étage , vue à couper le souffle

superb, so calm surroundings, staff impeccably presented right through the hotel to housekeeping, all immensely friendly and professional, loved every minute of it. view from bedroom and bathroom amazing, i just couldn’t get away from it !!

It was a really lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. It was just a big shock when we found out it was 30 euros per person to use the sun-beds. This would have cost us 60 euros every day for 9 days which is a cost we did not encounter for. This resulted in us having to use the cheaper sun-beds on the beach therefore we didn’t spend as much time as we wanted too in the hotel. Some information about this on booking platforms would be really helpful. I booked with LoveHolidays for example and there was no mention of it. My partner also booked a sunset boat trip at reception as they had recently partnered with a boat business. On the day of the booking the captain did not arrive on time, when we rang to see if he was on his way he explained that the hotel did not book this for us correctly, they only told the company we was interested. My partner had spent half an hour at reception sorting out the booking and received a confirmation slip but seems the receptionist hadn’t actually booked it. We were very disappointed, luckily the captain fitted us in but it could have gone awfully wrong as it was our second to last night & we wouldn’t have had another opportunity! When we tried to explain this the receptionist could not understand us resulting in us not being able to share our concerns and disappointment.

Het was een heerlijk luxe hotel. Vriendelijke ontvangst en service. Prachtige locatie zo dicht bij de zee. Ontbijt in serene stemming in de ochtend is magisch. De droomplek!! Ik zou terugkomen als de muziek zachter zou staan. In de ochtend was de muziek er niet en dat was goddelijk. Maar in de middag staat de muziek veel te hard. Dat is geen achtergrond meer, je moet hard praten om elkaar te verstaan. En ook nog live muziek dat tot 23 uur doorging. Voor ons een reden om een ander plek te boeken een volgende keer. Helaas, want het hotel was magisch verder! Zo zonde, het is gelukkig makkelijk te verhelpen als ze dat willen.
