The hostel facilities are quite rustic, bordering on old, the location is quite far compared to the center of Barcelona (1 hour by bus) to get to the hotel there are some steep slopes, so if you carry suitcases, you'll need to walk. a taxi. Schon beim Betreten des ersten Zimmers fiel der Türgriff ab, die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht, das Duschen unmöglich, und das Waschbecken hatte die Größe eines Desserttellers – völlig unbrauchbar. Nach einer Reklamation erhielten wir ein Ersatzzimmer. Das neue Zimmer war winzig, gerade einmal etwa 2,50 Meter breit, mit abgewohnter und beschädigter Einrichtung sowie einem Badezimmer in unhygienischem und desolatem Zustand. Das Essen (Menü) wirkte vorab zubereitet, teilweise schon kalt als es an den Tisch kam, kaum genießbar. Besonders abstoßend war der Zustand im Frühstücksraum – Stuhlbezüge und Hussen wiesen zahlreiche, großflächige Flecken auf – ein absolut unappetitlicher Anblick. Die Toiletten für Restaurant und Lobby befanden sich in einem grauenvollen Zustand und schienen nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand: unsauber, mangelhaft instandgehalten, renovierungsbedürftig, ungepflegt und alles andere als einladend. Wir waren gezwungen, eine Nacht dort zu verbringen – länger hätten wir es definitiv nicht ausgehalten. Dieses Hotel ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Finger weg!

Llegué a las 15h. El camarero me advirtió que la cocina cerraba en 10 minutos. Como llegue el primero quise esperar a la persona con la que quedé tomando algo para luego irnos a comer a otro sitio. Ni eso me permitió este señor. Gracias a su magnífica simpatía no volveré a pisar este restaurante en lo que me quede de Vida.

La ubicación 5, entorno 4, habitaciones 2, limpieza 3 , personal 4. Necesita una reforma,las habitaciones muy descuidadas , la ducha fatal, no ponen champú, solo gel de ducha, el frigorífico no funcionaba, el ascensor se rompió el primer día estuvimos 3 y sigue roto , la piscina necesita una limpieza de paredes.

El día que llegue se dañó el ascensor, tuve que subir tres veces a la habitación cargado de maletas coches y todo lo que llevaba, el único baño del hotel en planta baja está en unas escaleras sumamente peligrosas…un señor Mayor ese día se cayó por las escaleras se rajó la cabeza y todo un caos, pasé casi toda la noche despierto y me desperté con un dolor de espalda increíble los muelles de las camas son implacables 🤦🏽♂️, las habitaciones están muy descuidadas y en general las cosas están en mal estado, le falta un poco inversión, personalmente no me volvería a quedar en este hotel, los 2 días que estuve ahí veía como la gente de la 3ra edad subía y bajaba todas escaleras
