All show and no substance! No hot tub, no pool view, no terrace, no garden. It’s an event place. When we ask about the details of the booking we expected the man on the desk (rude) simply suggested we take a refund and if you want a pool view the pool is over there ! Food was a joke. Restaurant had no atmosphere no music the waiters stayed away from the guest not attentive one bit only to admire their hair in the mirror. All the soft furnishings covered in plastic which absolutely sums it up. All show & no substance.

Cosa dire siamo rimasti delusi, siamo arrivati dopo 12 ore di macchina ci ha accolti una dipendente dicendoci ciao.ci mostrano la prima camera sporca di polvere e di residui di capelli quindi abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera anche una più costosa ci accontentano ma si è ripetuta la stessa cosa, sporca di polvere e capelli ovunque ho effettuato foto e video mostrandoli in portineria e ho chiesto che venga effettuata una pulizia della camera.Fatta la camera entriamo e troviamo lo spazzolone dell’aspirapolvere dimenticato lì pieno di capelli. Che dire della cena me della colazione meglio non commentare la mattina siamo andati via.cosa dire: un consiglio ai propinati che invece di fare cucina controllassero le camere

Location eccellente. Alla reception Danilo e Emma sono stati gentilissimi. La camera meravigliosa, pulita e spaziosa. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante della struttura e devo dire che era tutto buono. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Grazie di tutto.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questa location. che dire, se piace il programma sicuramente sembra di vivere una favola. camere ampie, ottimo servizio e colazione. segnalo anche gli ottimi prezzi del bar dove di solito si spende decisamente tanto in albergo. Il personale compresa donna Imma e don Matteo, disponibili e cordiali. Se siete fan è sicuramente consigliato.

Sopravvalutato, 5 stelle ma anche no, onestamente sono rimasto molto deluso da tutto, non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerei, prezzo pagato molto caro per un pranzo che in un altro ristorante avrei pagato 1 quarto, mangiare pessimo, tutto fumo e niente arrosto, la TV e la fama vi ha dato alla testa, a mai più

Esperienza meravigliosa! Location spettacolare e personale squisito! Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.Cibo di qualità sia per banchetti che per ospiti dell'hotel. Il top è andare nella struttura quando c' è qualche festa; meglio avere le camere ai piani alti per non sentire troppo rumore.
