Had a great experience in the spa. Such a nice relaxing space and has everything you need there. From the sensory showers to the chill out area in the back with the swing chairs. I loved it and will definitely be back. The pool is also very relaxing and has nice jacuzzi’s. Loved the shower after too, great smelling products.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was perfect! The location is great, 10min walk to Cafe del Mar area yet it is in a quiet location so no noise at night. The room was very spacious and clean with everything you could need (hairdryer in bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturised). The only thing I would like to see is an additional mirror with a plug socket in the bedroom area. There is a fridge in the room with bottled water too. Pool area is lovely and very chilled. Be aware that the pool is only 40cm deep so not for swimming but the perfect place to sit and cool down as it’s super cold, very refreshing. We had lunch by the pool and the service and food were both superb. Also a shout out to the reception staff. The check in lady was lovely (didn’t get her name unfortunately) and helped up get taxis during our stay. Always smiling and. We helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Carino, posizione strategica, ma non si tratta di un 4 stelle. Il personale è molto gentile, l’hotel è moderno e silenzioso e si trova a metà tra la piazza di Sant Antoni e la Sunset *****. Le camere sono spaziose e silenziose peccato per la pulizia. La colazione non è inclusa costa 15€ extra e non sono inclusi nel costo cappuccino e spremuta di arance, per il resto abbastanza varia dolce e salato. La piscina apre alle 12 e si trova sul terrazzo, completa di lettini e asciugamani peccato non si possa definire piscina, ma vasca è alta solo 40 centimetri. Trovate anche un bar dove si può bere e mangiare qualcosa - prezzi decisamente alti. Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto qualche accortezza extra, sopratutto a questi prezzi, spero di tornare e trovare quel qualcosa in più.

I came with little expectations, thinking it would just be something basic to please the masses of drunken youngsters, but how wrong was I. An absolute gem of a find. Lovely hotel, rooms are great, spacious, perfect temperature, conformable beds and pillows. The hotel amenities are fabulous, the spa area is worth every penny with the coldest plunge pool I've felt in my life. The roof terrace with pool and bar is a great touch. If I liked Ibiza enough to come again, I'd 100% stop here every single time.

I stayed here on a hen party. The hotel is newly renovated/rebranded. It’s finished very well, the sky pool is beautiful, the spa is small but very nice. The food was excellent! The bar staff and cleaners were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were well sized. The only negatives for me was the receptionist Maria that checked us in was extremely rude despite how polite we were to her. She grunted at us and rolled her eyes, it was the worst check experience of my life. I don’t think Maria is the best person to check guests in to reception, I was close to leaving immediately as she was so Shockley rude but as I was staying with a group I stayed. She also demanded a deposit, which was no problem but told us at we were about to go to our room and her shocking attitude continued. Over all it’s a fantastic hotel, lovely food and staff apart from the fact reception set a terrible tone for our stay. We were to afraid to go to reception for any advice or queries when Maria was there as she’s so rude.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 5 days, just home and thought I would leave a review as I had seen some less than ideal reviews online. Thankfully the hotel was amazing, extremely clean, really friendly and welcoming staff with no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend as it’s right near the “west end” *****.

An absolutely fantastic stay. Super clean, friendly staff, rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, spa was incredible. Super hospitable and helpful, would highly recommend and definitely would go back. A fantastic chilled long weekend. Massages were amazing too!

Fue genial. El personal muy simpático, solícito y flexible, y la habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y agradable. Lo que escriba a partir de ahora no tiene ningún valor porque es solo relleno, tripadvisor no me deja salir de la pantalla hasta que no haga 200 caracteres como mínimo. No se han enterado que lo breve si bueno, dos veces bueno.
