La struttura sembra ristrutturata da poco, è un hotel a 7 piani. La reception e la sala colazione sono praticamente nello stesso ambiente così come un piccolo divanetto. La ns stanza era al settimo piano piccolina essenziale e col necessario, all'arrivo pulita e ordinata, unica pecca mancava di un armadio chiso visto che siamo stati x una settimana non è stato il massimo, aveva comunque un bel terrazzo con 2 sdraio, 2 sedie con tavolino e doccia esterna. I problemi non sono mancati, iniziamo dalla doccia l'acqua calda un miraggio, arrivava a momenti, sono rimasta insaponata anche 10minuti in attesa che arrivasse. L'ho fatto presente ma ogni volta era una scusa diversa. Per ben due volte ho trovato il letto disfatto con gli asciugamani puliti appoggiati su. Il letto mai cambiato (una settimana) e quando lo rifacevano era fatto davvero in un modo assurdo. Un giorno per fortuna ho aperto l'asciugamano nuovo ed era pieno di macchie marroncine.. Diciamo che non e stato un gran bel soggiorno sereno. Menzione, però, 2 persone Valeria alla reception e Aziz che preparava la colazione. Due belle persone sempre pronte ad aiutarti. Colazione essenziale.

Un très bon Hotel qui se trouve au centre de San Antonio, avec un petit déjeuner délicieux et un personnel magnifique. Un grand MERCI à Aziz qui est très gentil y sympa, et à Sahar qui est toute adorable et souriante et qui nous a aidé avec ses recommandations.

Local Parking was a nightmare due to location of Hotel being both Retail and Residential. All of the other facilites were good.

un hotel antiguo pero bien conservado
Se nota que es un hotel construido hace tiempo, ya que se nota por los elementos constructivos y las dimensiones de las estancias. Parece más amplio el baño que la habitación, algo escasa de sitio, tiene nevera, el colchón demasiado blando y terraza a la calle. Se oye mucho el aire acondicionado de otras habitaciones, lo cual dificulta poder dormir. Todo muy limpiuo y bien conservado. El servicio del personal muy atento y amable. Dispone de pases de piscina ya que parece que el propio hotel no tiene, sino que dan un pase.

Personal amable
El personal de recepción de todos los turnos y la mujer de la limpieza son grandes profesionales, amables y eficientes en su trabajo, pero el baño tiene un gran problema que es que se sale el agua por todos lados hasta el pasillo de la habitación, es inevitable que esto pase ya que la ducha solo tiene una cortina fina y corta y el soporte para la manguera está colocado en muy mala posición lo que hace que sí o sí se escape el agua por todas partes y forme un río cada vez que te duchas, por otro lado el precio es muy alto para lo que ofrece, solo destacaría positivamente al personal.
