We had the best time here all staff and cleaner were friendly and helpful! We spent more time round the pool thanks to the dj …he was so good loved his vibe made our stay !

Wonderful place! We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. Check in was fine, with just a small wait, but were given drinks whilst we waited. The staff were all very welcoming. Our room wasn’t ready at 2pm, but we went for a superb lunch whilst we waited. The club sandwich and ‘o beach’ rose were a delight. The restaurant was lovely and the service great. The breakfast had lots of choice and was tasty. The sausage and bacon were the only downside. We were offered help with our bags to our room, but didn’t need help. Room had been upgraded for free. It was very spacious and clean. I love the industrial style. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice quality. The balcony looked over the pool and had great seats to relax on. The shower was powerful and there was a good mirror to get ready in. We went to the rooftop infinity pool for a swim and got beds eventually. This was a superb place to relax with a lovely atmosphere. The main pool was also lovely but we didn’t end up going in there. The concierge service was great and the taxis always came quickly. All of the staff we came across were helpful and nice. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. We had a super time here!

I was worried about staying at this hotel with the children in San Antonio right opposite O beach but after being here a week, I can honestly say this hotel is probably the best I’ve stayed in in Ibiza. I’ve stayed at Destino before which was also lovely but not kid friendly . The staff were fabulous, full of smiles and really helpful .. the pools & hotel are stunning and the vibe is really chilled with a classy clientele that are all in Ibiza for very different types of holiday! Absolutely loved it !

Siamo stati al Bonito Hotel ad agosto , devo dire che l’albergo e’ molto bello e molto curato così come da foto ci si diverte ma hai anche la possibilità di rilassarti musica top tutto il giorno in piscina e servizio nelle postazioni sempre presenti ! ma la cosa che mi ha sorpreso sono stati i ragazzi del servizio sia della piscina che del ricevimento ma in particolare Alessandra una ragazza Italiana fantastica attenta e molto premurosa è stata per tutta la vacanza attenta che avessimo tutto ciò’ che desideravamo dentro e fuori l’hotel ci ha consigliato giorno per giorno spiagge e tour per scoprire al meglio l’isola ,insomma un super servizio ! Posso assicurare che non è da tutti gli hotel !

El hotel fue algo totalmente diferente, me recordaba muchisimo a viajes a cancun o tulum. El equipo fue expectacular y los masajes del spa una pasada. Volveremos el año que viene!!!!

Nos quedamos yo y mi pareja, fue su cumpleaños y nos hicieron una sorpresa en la habitación! Las chicas de recepción maravillosas y nos ayudaron con todo. En conserjería nos ayudaron a reservar el viaje a Formentera y pudimos comprar todo en el hotel! Nos trajeron hasta el coche de alquiler. Fue un viaje genial! Gracias a todos!

La recepción fue maravillosa, guest experience fue muy útil! Nos recomendó sitios que nunca habíamos visto!!! Los comentarios del hotel nos daban miedo…. Pero nada que ver! El hotel es increíble y se nota que en muy poco tiempo han mejorado muchísimo!
