Pros:
- It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples
- Friendly ladies at the reception
- Some barmen are friendly and polite
- Clean rooms in general
- Balconies in the room
- A pool with many spare sunbeds
- A decent Wi-Fi connection
- Close to the embankment
- Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm
Cons:
- Super tiny gym located in common area
- Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed
- The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre
- I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before
- The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement
- Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

We don’t often leave reviews but feel compelled to having just returned home from a wonderful 8 night stay at THB Ocean Beach. It has been our hotel of choice for many years when in Ibiza due to the central location however this trip we were particularly impressed by the level of service from all of the staff, especially Pepa, who went out of their way to welcome us and to accommodate any special requests. Keep up the good work team and we look forward to staying with you again next year!

Classy Hotel. Service impeccable. Employees perfect. Reception very accomodating and friendly. Rooms immaculate. Food amazing. Lovely quiet hotel with plenty of sunbeds and not crowded. Great location next door to Ocean Beach so can have a listen to some of their music in the afternoon. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Will be returning to this hotel for sure

Hemos estado en este hotel maravilloso. Desde la directora que es atenta y increíble preocupándose de que todo este bien. Los recepcionistas un 10 y los camareros del desayuno y del bar increíbles. El socorrista súper amable. Todos con una gran sonrisa y haciendo que tu estancia sea agradable y bonita como ha sido. Gracias! Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa.

Ci siamo trovati in questo hotel per caso, ci hanno cancellato il volo per sciopero e la compagnia ci ha offerto la notte qui. Posto davvero accogliente, pulito, camera spaziosa, personale gentile in particolare Ramon veramente disponibile e simpatico. C’è una bella piscina di acqua salata e l’hotel è proprio di fianco alla spiaggia. Colazione molto buona, preparata al momento con possibilità di scegliere vari tipi di cucina. Consigliatissimo
