El hotel es horrible viejo descuidado, las habitaciones son deprimentes, la atención es malísima no saben nada no ayudan al cliente no le informan nada, es la primera vez que vengo a la isla y necesitaba información pero todo era no se, todo negativo. Me dieron una habitación al lado de la puerta del ascensor perdí cambio y no me la quisieron cambiar No hay show ni actividades como promocionan y las bebidas con alcohol son todas mailsimas las buenas hay que pagarlas y la verdad que si vine con all inclusive es para no pagar aparte todo En fin no lo recomiendo es un desastre todo
