On our first night, we noticed ants on the exterior portion of the threshold of the patio door, it was reported and the staff was to spray. The second day, we found ants in our luggage, clothing and on both beds. We were offered to move to a new room, which we did and were thankful for, but it was an unexpected disruption to our stay. We felt like we needed to send our clothing in the luggage to be sent for cleaning which we did. We did not anticipate being responsible for the charge, but paid the fee anyway and the manager agreed to waive the $99 expedite fee. Considering the inconvenience of moving our luggage, getting situated and established in another room, an offer of a free dessert, cocktail, anything really would have been appropriate. As was explained to me by the manager, ants can be a problem during the summer months. Knowing that the facility should have taken measures as soon as they were notified to prevent them from entering the room. We have pictures and videos of the ants in our luggage, the beds and room in general. While the ants were an issue, it was the lack of response from the manager who completely dismissed the concern as a normal occurrence.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend con tutta la famiglia per festeggiare un anniversario di matrimonio. Tutto favoloso e ben organizzato. A partire dalla sistemazione delle camere (pulite e complete di ogni comfort) a finire all’organizzazione dei pasti e allestimenti. Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del servizio piscina/idromassaggio e del servizio bar (cocktail buonissimi). Spazi comuni sempre puliti e chiaramente con una vista mare impagabile. Speriamo di ritornare al più presto!

The Hotel Corallo was outstanding from the moment we walked through the door to the minute we left. The front desk team, especially Nello and Valentina, made us feel like we were the only guests at the property, and I watched them do the same for all the patrons. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Antonio & Francesco made the lobby bar an experience, and the restaurant cuisine was top-notch. Access to the beach club is easy and convenient, and the complimentary shuttle in and out of the town is incredibly convenient. I would stay here again in heartbeat.

El hotel es hermoso. La atención del personal fue muy buena. La vista que tiene el hotel es bella. El desayuno muy rico y muy variado. La limpieza de la habitación fue excelente gracias a Lina que fue muy profesional con su trabajo. Lo recomendamos sin duda. La única crítica constructiva es que deben arreglar el ruido del ascensor que dificultaba dormir bien ya que la habitación estaba pegada a el. Pero igualmente la experiencia fue excelente.
