Cleanliness need work. Room was spacious with a proper kitchen space. Floor was clean however more detailed cleaning is needed. Towel rack or warmer was covered with dust, cabinet handles were all dusty and sticky, freezer was dirty. We had to do a thorough wipe-down before we could unpack and utilize the cabinets/racks. Given no housekeeping service provided during the stay (they charge €25 for each cleaning required during the stay), we tried to do some cleaning with the broom provided in between. However the broom itself was covered with lots of dust that can’t be easily removed which then caused the room to be dustier when we used it. There are a few options in the vicinity and perhaps closer to the port or other amenities. Not a bad stay but will opt for other hotels if we return to Sorrento as cleanliness was an issue.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo b&b e l’impressione è stata ottima fin dalla prenotazione. Alfonso é una persona squisita e attenta, ci è venuto incontro con ogni richiesta ancora prima di arrivare. Si è dimostrato poi esserlo anche all’arrivo che ci ha accolto con gentilezza. La stanza è davvero molto bella, ben fornita e attrezzata con aria condizionata, ampi spazi e ottima la pulizia. Anche come posizione é ottima. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille 🙏

Amazing stay! Great location. Safe area and near to centre. Coffee places, restaurants and more nearby. The staff is super welcoming, kind and went extra mile for us. I will definitely coming back. Laura

Esperienza perfetta! Ho viaggiato per un matrimonio nella costiera amalfitana ed ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a Villa Vittoria per 4 giorni. Alfonso alla reception è un esempio di ospitalità italiana ad hoc! Dal nostro arrivo tardissimo, ci ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli dalla macchina e spiegato ogni dettaglio della camera. Per un piccolo intoppo abbiamo dovuto fare un cambio camera due giorni dopo e ha trasportato personalmente il nostro bagaglio mentre noi ci godevamo la nostra giornata in pieno relax. Sempre disponibile e attento, Alfonso risponde prontamente ad ogni richiesta e consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare, sempre col sorriso e cordialità che lo contraddistingue. La location di per sè è perfetta se vuoi visitare la costiera. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose munite di ogni comfort, tra cui A/C, cucina e bagno super attrezzato. Torneremo sicuramente se dovessi decidere di rivisitare la zona. Grazie di tutto Alfonso!
