Sono rientrata da qualche settimana dal soggiorno alla Cocumella. Nonostante siano passati giorni pieni di lavoro ed impegni, non dimentico l'aspetto più speciale di quei tre giorni. L'ascolto. Il direttore ha accolto ogni suggerimento e realizzato ogni desiderio anche se la struttura non era ancora pronta per la stagione calda, ha avuto l'accortezza di rendere giustizia alla storia centenaria di accoglienza di questo luogo incantevole. Non solo si respira la stessa aria respirata dagli ospiti illustri del passato, Mary Shelley o Sigmund Freud per citarne qualcuno, ma è ancora possibile tornare ai ritmi umani e pacifici che caratterizzavano i soggiorni del passato. Ogni angolo della struttura è infatti disegnato per ritagliarsi dei momenti di pace e contemplazione di bellezza rara. Grazie a tutto lo staff e al Signor Mario De Martino che è elegante non solo nell'abito.

There are not enough accolades to convey the beauty of this hotel. The gardens overlooking the sea are spectacular. My husband and I watched the beautiful sunset from the hotel’s terrace while enjoying the stunning views of the bay. Our room was excellent. We had chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room upon our arrival. The breakfast was delicious. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff who were very welcoming and helpful, especially the concierge. I did not get his name but he went above and beyond the call of duty on the day of our departure. We were traveling by Itabus from Sorrento to Naples Afragola and were not sure where to catch the bus. When our taxi did not arrive in a timely manner he put us on the hotel shuttle with instructions to the driver to make sure we found our bus. It did not leave from the train station as we assumed but our driver asked and helped us get to the bus stop. A stunning hotel with an amazing staff!!

We were staying at the Cocumella hotel for 5 nights, family of 8. We absolutely loved the hotel, the rooms were clean, nice and cozy. The service was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is so so beautiful. Great brackfast and restaurant .We will come back for sure

Cibo lavorato con grande maestria, materie prime di ottima qualità. Un hotel che racchiude misteri e storia. Giardini incantati che affacciano sul golfo di Sorrento. Personale impeccabile e professionisti dell' accoglienza. È uno degli hotel migliori al mondo.

We traveled with our 18 year old daughter and we loved this hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was amazing and the servers were very attentive. My husband and daughter ate at the restaurant the first day we arrived but the rest of our meals were outside of the hotel. They indicated the food was very good. Our first night, we made a connection with bartender Genaro and we all went back on the last night to say goodbye to him and he shared a video of his son at a dance competition. We wished we were there when the pool and beach were open. The grounds are beautiful.

Cocumella is a place that reminds me of what elegant hotels were like, timeless. With hotels catering for larger and larger audiences, the essence of hospitality has been forgotten. This hotel, Cocumella is an experience and one which is emotional and peaceful; from the rooms to the botanic gardens or even a reflective platform overlooking the sea. The feeling of welcome each evening we returned from Sorrento Town was very personal and connected. We never felt like a number, but were made to always feel like a special guest - likened to coming home to friends. Especially Guiseppe, the concierge who has been here for 30 years, gives you his knowledge and experience on what trips might be available and good restaurants to go to. A welcoming face who always seems to take interest in your day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, intimate, peaceful but also located well for exploration.
