We only stayed for one night as we were passing through on a tour. The hotel did not have its name on the outside and was therefore not easily identifiable. At check in, at eight o'clock, no one was present but there were 4 tickets showing the names of the customers with the relevant room keys. Overall the room was tidy and clean, excellent bed and pillows, adequate towels. Very poor, ruined and old sanitary ware, shower and sink. Our choice of this hotel was dictated by the urgency of finding a room in a short time.

Que experiência incrível que tivemos no Hotel, a equipe muito muito simpática, quarto grande, cama excelente, banheiro muito bom e espaçoso. Fica localizado em uma cidade super tranquila da toscana com comercio perto. Volto mil vezes se possível.

absurd experience... arrived at the hotel at 3pm.. didn't find anyone except a post it with the keys.. left in the morning without seeing anyone.. hotel unattended.. maybe it's better to close if there's no one there attendance instead of giving a poor service.. sheets with holes and worn by time.. absence of possible services.. sink with cracks and unstable.. I could go on but there is no need to go any further

Easy check in- they left the key on the counter for us even though we got there by 8pm. Casual approach. The next day we gave her our passport info and it was all very laid back. We had booked twin beds but we’re given a double bed, so that was unfortunate but there was no one there to ask for a change so we just had to share. It was clean and comfortable.
