Un luogo da sogno dove soggiornare. Accoglienza, eleganza e calore. Gentilezza e discrezione da parte del proprietario. Colazione impeccabile, ampia scelta. Camera con veduta incantevole e calda, in una stagione di “mezzo” in cui non e’ scontato trovare gli ambienti adeguatamente riscaldati. The relais is perched on a lovely hillside in the country with beautiful views of Sansepolcro and the surrounding area. Each room is a suite and each is very well appointed. The bathrooms are large and the water pressure excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is helpful and kind. We were traveling as a family and the children thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the August heat, as did the parents! Breakfast was plentiful with many selections, including eggs prepared to your liking. The only negative is that the AC unit did not work like an AC; it simply recirculated the air. This was true in all three rooms we had. In the August heat, this wasn't sufficient at night. They did provide additional fans, which helped move the air around a bit. It is, however, a beautiful property in a stunning location.

Attorno sono raggiunbili viste e scorci paesaggistici ottimi spunti fotografici
I luoghi storici sono raggiungibili in breve tempo, quindi posizione strategica per le uscite sul territorio per poi tornare in un luogo tranquillo e ristoratore lontano dalle frenesie quotidiane
Il titolare è una persona eccezionale per disponibilità e professionalità come pure il figlio.
Le camere sono accoglienti, ordinate e pulite. Colazione con diverse offerte sia dolce che salato ( preparato espresso alla richiesta)

Camere molto spaziose in mezzo alla campagna, tra il verde ed il silenzio. Personale gentile e prodigo di buoni consigli. Ottima la prima colazione, con molti prodotti freschi e locali. Da migliorare i letti “della nonna”!

Location splendida. Accoglienza affettuosa da parte del proprietario, persona speciale che trasmette, senza farlo notare e pesare., tutta la sua lunga esperienza. La suite spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Colazione buona. Voto 9. Vorremmo tornare x la raccolta delle olive.

L'esperienza al Relais Palazzo di Luglio è stato molto piacevole. Accoglienza cordiale da parte del papà del proprietario, camera spaziosa e ben arredata, pulizia buona. La colazione con materie prime di qualità, prevalentemente dolci a buffet e salato preparato all'istante, ha migliorato la percezione del mio soggiorno. Il costo è stato adeguato, confermando un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

A recommander absolument. Un jardin très bien entretenu où poussent des aubergines une piscine vaste , un service aimable. Dégustation de saucisses à l'huile original et bon. Vente d'huile et présence réconfortante d'un beau figuier chargé de fruits. Y revenir sans faute
