Mooie, heel ruime en brandschone kamer met balkon en aparte badkamer. Ligt in het historische centrum van Sansepolcro; een charmant oud stadje. Gratis parkeerplaats op 5 min. lopen. Koffers kun je wel voor de deur afzetten, dus geen gesleep nodig. Zonder ontbijt, maar dat is in dit stadje geen enkel probleem. Leuke Pasticceria's (banketbakkers) vlakbij, waar je ook heerlijk kunt zitten met koffie en hartig of zoet. Eigenaar is bijzonder aardig en hulpvaardig en spreekt een paar woordjes Engels. Heel goede prijs/ kwaliteitverhouding.

Good communications in advance with owner. Breakfast supplies in fridge were adequate. Provision for secure storage of bicycle. Room was very good, clean and had a balcony with clothes drying rack. would definitely stay here again.

La posizione del B&B è decisamente comoda essendo nel centro storico di Sansepolcro. Le camere sono spaziose ed i letti comodi. La colazione è un po' scarsa. Il gestore è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è nella media per la zona.

Situato nel centro storico, facile da raggiungere e con ottima disponibilita' di parcheggio anche gratuito nelle vicinanze, questo b&b è di ottima qualita'. Cortese e disponibile la coppia che lo conduce, stanze pulite e ben arredate anche con mobili antichi. Colazione in camera con tutto il necessario a disposizione. Location perfetta a due passi dal museo civico per godere delle opere di Piero della Francesca, inoltre e ' vicinissimo alla casa dell'artista, al Duomo e piazza della Berta, campo di gara dei balestrieri.

Come da titolo ottimo mini soggiorno di solo una notte passato in questo b&b in pieno centro storico a Sansepolcro. Acquistato con una promo su booking, il b&b e’ situato in un palazzo storico ed è costituito da circa 5 camere su più piani. Struttura splendidamente gestita e curata, con il proprietario, Rodolfo, gentile e cordiale in ogni nostra richiesta. La camera, una tripla, era spaziosa e ben tenuta in ogni sua parte: pulita, con materasso e cuscini comodi, con tv e riscaldamento perfettamente funzionanti anche in bagno. Unico neo: il wi fi non sempre andava correttamente, tuttavia essendo Sansepolcro un borgo medievale un po’ isolato è normale che la linea vada e venga. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo, con varie merendine, sughi di frutta, 2 bottiglie di acqua e the freddi a disposizione direttamente in camera, nel mini frigo. Prezzo nella norma Assolutamente consigliato

Tutto è stato perfetto. Partiamo in primo luogo dall'accoglienza in struttura, caratterizzata dalla gentilezza e dalla cura verso il cliente. La posizione dell'hotel non potrebbe essere più centrale di così, 1 minuto a piedi dal museo civico. La stanza, inoltre, era bellissima: ampia, con un mobilio antico che ti immerge nell'atmosfera di Sansepolcro, pulizia ottima, asciugamani e lenzuola davvero di qualità. Tutti i dettagli sono curati. Si vede che il proprietario della struttura ci tiene. Peccato essersi fermate solo una notte. Sicuramente se tornerò in queste zone prenoterò ancora qui anche perché, come se non bastasse, i prezzi sono pure bassi. Albergo davvero consigliatissimo.

Proprietario cordiale e super efficiente... stanza ottima e molto comoda...bagno grande e accogliente...un ottimo materasso e asciugamani di alta qualità...un terrazzino in bagno con vista sulla città ...davvero particolare...in pieno centro storico si possono raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrattive della città...super consigliato!
