A hidden gem, away from the noise and crowded streets of Brasov, Bielmann is a place to be considered when visiting Transylvania. Excellent food, great service, we spent a perfectly agreable lunch - in - the - garden time. Both meat and fish perfectly cooked.

It is a fantastic place to stay in the summer. I have not been there in winter, but I am sure that is also very good. Very nice rooms, nice pool, all people working there are so nice. Just some minutes away from Brasov.

Pleasant place for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Food is not particularly memorable, but it is plentyful and tasty enough. Big menu to chose from. Meat appears to be better than fish. Good selection of local wines. Very nice garden if the weather is good.
