However, there was one thing that was very disappointing. That is, even though I clearly selected a non-smoking room when I made the reservation, I was actually given a smoking room. From the moment I entered the room, the smell of cigarettes was strong and very unpleasant. I thought about asking the front desk, but since I arrived late that day and was tired, I had no choice but to stay in that room. During my three-day stay, the smell of cigarettes never completely went away, and it permeated my clothes, luggage, and even my own body. Even when I was sorting my luggage after returning home, the smell was bothersome, and this point greatly diminished my overall satisfaction with the trip. As an accommodation facility, I feel that it is very problematic to assign a smoking room to a customer who selected a non-smoking room. This not only directly affects the health and comfort of the customer, but also affects their sense of trust. I strongly hope that such mistakes will be improved in the future. Overall, even if we take into account that it is an old facility, the non-smoking policy was insufficient, so it may be difficult to use it again.
