The hotel overall exceeded expectations. The pick-up service was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy. The toiletries were also very good. I didn’t need to bring my own~ The breakfast is very rich, and the rice noodles, wontons, etc. are freshly made and taste good. The service staff are very enthusiastic. I will stay here again when I come to Sanmenxia in the future!

The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Location: Close to Swan Lake Scenic Area, Gaoyangshan Hot Spring Scenic Area, and also very close to Shaanxi Dikeng Hospital, the surrounding supporting facilities are complete and convenient to travel. In addition, free parking in the courtyard, the service staff is very good, you can also receive a small gift when you check out during the Spring Festival, especially Miss Zhang Xiaoyang of Swan City Hotel warmly helps guide passengers to stay and serve, like 👍...Staying in this hotel's lake view room can also overlook the Swan Lake Scenic Area. It is a good hotel choice for driving to Sanmenxia.

The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement: 1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place; 2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed; 3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation; 4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened; 5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price; 6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

The lighting is excellent, just open the curtains and you can take in the beautiful scenery. We booked a double bed room with a soft, warm and supportive mattress, which made us feel refreshed after a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were brand new, and the hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature. The hotel also pays attention to details, including free mineral water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample charging ports, which can meet all our daily needs such as charging our various photographic equipment. Let’s talk about the hot spring bath in the room. It can accommodate 3~4 people and the water temperature is very comfortable. The hotel also has an outdoor hot spring pool, but I didn't try it due to the weather. I heard that it is a different experience to take a hot spring bath outdoors on a snowy day, so I must experience it if I get the chance. I will come to this city again and visit the Sosia Spa Hotel. It is my best choice and I recommend it to all tourists!
