Good hotel in an excellent location, being only a few minutes walk from the town centre in one direction and the beach in the other. We didn't use the hotel services so can't fully comment.

Muy buena ubicación, en la calle principal de San Lucar a 200 metros de la playa y a 100 metros de la plaza del ayuntamiento. Azotea con una vistas maravillosas. Muy recomendable

Situado en el centro de Sanlúcar, habitaciones amplias , cuatro de baño completo y grande ,todo muy limpio , nosotros tuvimos pensión completa, muy buena cocina ,todo estaba muy rico, cocina mediterránea, de menú teníamos para elegir siempre tres primeros y tres segundos y varios postres para elegir ,todo cocinado en el restaurante del hotel,el personal amables y correctos , a nosotros nos gustó mucho

Hotel clásico con una ubicación excepcional en Sanlúcar para poder disfrutar y saborear la ciudad. Habitación confortable, baño un poco anticuado pero con toallas de baño de verdad y de buena calidad. Desayuno correcto, pero deberían ofrecer terraza abierta... Personal bien en general. Repetiremos!

Las instalaciones son buenas, el lugar de ubicación muy bueno, pero el servicio de la terraza de arriba deja mucho que desear, la atención de los camareros pésima y nada profesional, no entiendo como un lugar tan bonito esté atendido de esa manera.

Fui animado por las buenas opiniones en general y vengo decepcionado sobre todo por la comida, casi todo cocinado con salsas raras e incluso pescados y filetes empanados, creo que para enmascarar la escasa calidad de los alimentos. Hace 4 días que he venido y todavía tengo el estómago regular. Había un grupo del Imserso y el resto estábamos con una oferta de pensión completa para mayores de 55 años, supongo que por ahí vendrían los tiros para rebajar la calidad, cosa que no entiendo. El hotel es de 4 estrellas pero creo que con 3 se deberían dar por satisfechos pues creo que deberían hacer algo de reforma para las estrellas que tiene. Eso sí, el personal es una maravilla tanto los del comedor como los de recepción, gracias por tan buena atención.

Hemos estado cinco dias de experiencia que resulto ser maravillosa en el mes de febrero en este hotel. Tanto la comida, como el desayuno y la cena estaban muy bien preparados y muy buen sabor. El servicio rapidísimo a pesar de que había bastante gente. La atención por parte del servicio inmejorable . Volveré seguro.
