Unser Eindruck ist leider sehr differenziert – wir waren schon mehrfach im Campushus und haben stets die Gastfreundschaft, eine sehr zuvorkommende Rezeption und saubere Zimmer genossen. Bei einer Übernachtung im Campushus ist der Besuch im Café Lutz eine Selbstverständlichkeit, diese Café ist direkt auf dem Gelände und gehört einfach zum Campushus dazu. Das Café ist eine Institution in SPO und bekannt für die hervorragenden Torten. Aktuell wurde jedoch dem Pächter zum Anfang des nächsten Jahres vom Campushus gekündigt und der Pächter wird mit 62 Jahren dann vor dem Nichts stehen wird. Da hat ein Gastronom zwei Jahre Corona wirtschaftlich überlebt und dann wird die Existenz einem anderweitig genommen. Es ist bedauernswert, das die Geschäftsleitung monetäre Überlegungen derartig in den Vordergrund stellt und menschliche Schicksale ausblendet. Bei einer Bewertung sollten auch soziale und ökologische Kriterien mit berücksichtigt werden, daher kann es bei einer derartigen Geschäftsführung nur einen Stern geben.
