Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Jufa Hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues, with the most significant being the unavailability of the sauna. Before booking, I specifically chose your hotel because of its advertised wellness facilities, including the sauna. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not use it. No prior notice was given about this, and no clear explanation was provided when I inquired. This was extremely disappointing, as the sauna was one of the main reasons for my choice, and I feel that I did not receive the service I paid for. Additionally, the room I was given did not match the description on your website. It was much smaller than advertised, and some amenities were missing. The furniture appeared worn out, and the overall cleanliness did not meet the standards I expected. Furthermore, I was quite surprised by the attitude of your staff. I found them to be unhelpful and not particularly welcoming. Hospitality is a crucial part of any hotel experience, and I was disappointed to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Another issue I encountered was with housekeeping. While the cleaning staff did come in to make the bed, they did not replace the towels, even though they were clearly used and left in a way that indicated they needed changing. This lack of attention to detail added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, my stay at Jufa Hotel was far from what I had anticipated. I believe that if a service is advertised, it should be available, and if a problem arises, guests should be informed in advance. Additionally, proper customer service and housekeeping standards should be maintained at all times.
