Beste Lage am See mit hervorragendem Frühstücksbuffet und einem mehrgängigen Abendmenü auf Haubenniveau! In der super Strandbar gibt es hervorragende Cocktails bei traumhafter Aussicht. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr kompetent, die wunderschönen Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön an der Promenade gelegen und verfügt über einen großen, gepflegten Badeplatz direkt am See mit einem Pool daneben. Anfänglich gab es kleine Ungereimtheiten, diese wurden aber vom Inhaber gut und rasch aus der Welt geschafft. Der Zimmerservice gut organisiert und unser Appartement in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Frühstück und AE sind von einer guten Auswahl und die Qualität hoch. Wirklich alle ServiceMA waren freundlich und stets bemüht, die Weinkarte hat eine Überarbeitung nötig, das wird sich sicherlich machen lassen. Die Massageräume sind luftig und sauber, bei den Anwendungen gibt es nichts zum Aussetzen - gute Qualität. An der Poolbar gibt es erfrischende Getränke, die Musik könnte am Abend leiser sein, da wäre eine Unterhaltung besser möglich. Abschließend kann ich das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Hotelanalage ist sehr großzügig angelegt mit vielen Möglichkeiten Plus: *Sehr schönes Strandbad mit ausreichend Liegen, allerdings hat auch hier der Reservierungsdrang bei manchen Gästen schon vor dem Frühstück Einzug gehalten *Großzügiges Frühstücksbufett mit Servietten Heißgetränken *Gutes 4gängis Abendmenü mit ausreichend Wahlmöglichkeiten Minus: *Zimmer im Haupthaus sind in die Jahre gekommen, extrem hellhörig ( wir haben jedes Geräusch vom Zimmer oberhalb mitbekommen) und dringend renovierungsbedürftig *auch im öffentlichen Bereich des Hotels ist vieles veraltet bzw einfach schlecht gewartet, oft hatman dad Gefühl, dass Geld ist für die weitere Sanierung nicht da; teilweise wären es auch nur Kleinigkeiten, die zu machen wären - Schade Aufgrund des oben beschriebenen Zimmers - Juniorsuite Aida - haben wir uns leider nicht sehr wohl gefühlt

We stayed at the beginning of a long holiday weekend and the hotel was well prepared. There was plenty of staff, enough chaises by the lake and our room was newly renovated. The breakfast buffet offered all the local specialties and an amazing selection of Austrian breads. Dinner was mostly served but there was a salad and cheese buffet. It was a five course meal with delicious choices and presentation. Outside seating was really enjoyable. We came for their location but truly appreciated the culinary offerings as well. There is no place better than this hotel to have so much lake frontage with new umbrellas and space between guests to sit and see the lily pads and swim.

Prachtig gelegen hotel aan de Klopeinersee. Wij hadden de Rigoletto kamer met zicht op het meer. Het was een ruime kamer met veel plek om je kleding op te bergen. Onze douche was niet goed regelbaar maar dit euvel vonden we niet lastig genoeg om erover te gaan klagen. We hadden half pension genomen en ook dit is het beste wat je kan doen, iedere avond kregen we lekkere gerechten voorgeschoteld en ook een pluim voor de bediening. De bar was buiten aan het zwembad, dat vonden we niet zo'n een gezellige ruimte en ook de hoofd barman was een stroeve kerel maar de jongere bediening deed het uitstekend en wisten lekkere cocktails te maken. Aan het meer zijn meerdere SUP's gratis te gebruiken. Ook aan het ontbijt ontbrak er niets. Het enige dat ik misschien wat jammer vond zijn de dunne handdoeken, maar dat is niet onoverkomelijk. Kortom prima hotel en zeker aan te raden.

Völlig veraltetes Hotel !!! Minimalste Qualität zum maximalsten Preis! Haben nach einer Nacht abgebrochen und die 90%Storno bezahlt. Man fühlt sich in diesem Haus 40 Jahre zurückversetzt. Von der Einrichtung bis zum Geschirr alles hat einen Flair der 70ziger. Und die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu Wünschen übrig.

Von der Reservierung am Telefon über die Rezeption bei der Ankunft, am Abend an der Poolbar und im Restaurant - Alle Mitarbeiter waren super herzlich zu uns! Das „Tosca“ Zimmer wunderbar! Der Balkon zum See ein Traum! Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel ist super schön. Wir fahren hier seit vier Jahren hin. Auch sehr gut gepflegt ist es. Wir lieben es. Auch unsere Freunde sind immer dort. Es hat einen Kinderclub und eine Gault Milieu Küche mit vielen Auszeichnungen. Jeden Donnerstag gibt es ein Eisbüffet.
