Wir haben nicht einmal dort übernachtet. Sie haben uns nicht reingelassen, weil ich zwei Kinder habe, ein und drei Jahre alt. Ich habe ihnen in den letzten zwei Tagen E-Mails geschickt, aber sie haben auch auf meine E-Mails nicht geantwortet.

The hotel is situated just a 10 minute walk from the centre of St. Johann. It's a modern hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, pleasant, polite and cheerful. The dining room staff work really hard to make sure the tables and serving areas are kept clean and the buffet is constantly replenished. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The evening buffet also offered plenty to choose from. If you are looking for a traditional gasthof with lots of carved wood etc. then this hotel is not for you. If you want a modern hotel at an affordable price then this hotel fits the bill. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice, alpine retreat.
Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly and quick check-in eith a lovely, comfortable room.
The dinner buffet was really good!

Horrible personnel especially receptionist named Iva. I really dont recommend. They threatened us as criminals. They blocked our rooms because supposedly we didn't pay. We sent payment confirmation before our arrival. They didnt tell as anything at check in. The next day after we returned to hotel, our rooms key were blocked and lady at reception yelled at us that we didnt pay. Never experienced anything like this before. Hotel management didnt do much about it. I suppose they cant find better staff. Anyway we wont pay them another visit. And rooms were too hot and very dry air.

Good stay
Great hotel for a stay in St Johann. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe, the staff were all very helpful. Good breakfast and dinner was varied. I particularly wanted a room with a balcony and there was nothing else in St Johann to compare price wise. Great e bike hire virtually next door & about a 10 minute walk into town. Raining when I left taxi to station was 10 euros. Would stay again

Nice mountain hotel but not very comfortable stay
Nice mountain hotel directly by the ski slope. I really like the breakfast and sauna zone.
There was no air condition in the room, couple in the next room were sitting on their balcony and smoking all-day-long, so we could not have our window open because of the smoke. And without the air condition there was no way to bring air into the room, so it was hot and vitiated air.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, free parking, modern and clever designed beds (to move apart if necessary) - the TV could be either a smart TV or more english channels if you want to attract tourists from overseas
