Super geräumige und ruhige Zimmer. Der Pool am Dach echt genial. Eine toller Saunalandschaft und wenn man noch Kraft hat ein Gym mit allen möglichwn Geräten! Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Garage ist auch dabei.. Bei Fragen war diw Rezeption immer sehe hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig einen Urlaub geplant und sind auf das Angebot der Jänner-Lückentage gestoßen. Preis/Leistung war dabei top! Bereits im Vorhinein waren wir von den raschen Antworten zu diversen Fragen sehr angetan. Ganz einfach per Chat. Bei der Ankunft sehr nette Empfangsdame, die uns noch Tipps für die Skikarte gab. Eine Freundin kam spontan einen Tag später nach. Auch hier war es wieder sehr einfach eine weitere Person hinzuzubuchen. Unser Zimmer war ein Traum! Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. Der Wellnessbereich war für uns super. Im 5. OG (auf unserer Etage) befand sich der beheizte Infinitypool. Im 2.OG war die Sauna-Landschaft mit 3 Saunas und einem Dampfbad. Hier waren wir jeden Abend. Absolutes Highlight für uns war der Lift im Hotel der direkt auf die Piste führte. Im Erdgeschoss gab es dazu einen Skistall mit eigenen Kasten. Absoluter Luxus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

my boyfriend and I spent christmas on Haven Mountain Retreat - it is one of the best hotels I have ever been on (and been on quit many), the design and look of the hotel i fantastic, the surrondings are breathtaking and the staff are friendly, helpfull and we had the best waiter in their lovely restaturant a hotel you need to visit to understand the ski in-and-out is so great for both beginners and experienced skiers and could live the rest of my live in the Sauna area / Pool Area and Deck 7 - the food is super delicious with just that little detail that makes it better than other good restaurants and with really good service would therefore recommend everyone who loves pampering to visit the hotel

Le design des espaces est très soigné. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel est sympathique et très réactif. Espace bien-être propre et spacieux. Piscine agréable. Ski aux pieds. Ambiance cosy pour le restaurant. Grande diversité au petit-déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter +++

The team at Haven are amazing, the hotel is perfectly located for ski in ski out, about 30 seconds walk to the chair lift. The hotel is modern and contemporary but maintains the Austrian ski lodge vibe, combining modern 5 star with authentic Austrian exceptionally well. The Spa and outside heated infinity pool are both stunning and great to come home to after skiing. Spa has a very large Sauna, Steam Room and 2 infra red heated relaxation rooms along with huge day beds to relax on. Deck 7 serves breakfast which is Buffett and table ordering for hot dishes, all totally delicious. They have an all day menu of Pizza, Pasta, Salads, Burgers and Grills and then have an evening menu, we ate there 5 times and had fantastic meals every-time. New Year’s Eve was a Great Gatsby Party, 5 course meal with fireworks and champagne at midnight and a live DJ and party into the morning.A big thank you to all the Deck 7 team who made the night and seemed to have almost as much fun as us. We’ve visited this hotel 3 times already in the last two years, recommended to several groups of friend and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting the most amazing time, families, couples or friends, this hotel has something for everyone. Thank you again for another great holiday,

Every time we are here it is a FANTASTIC experience!!! The ambience, style, clever concept & logistics are AMAZING, the rooms are super nice and spacious and the staff is extremely helpful, just lovely. The food is excellent, particularly the breakfast sets Haven apart, but also a la carte there is great choice for lunch and. Dinner. The same goes for the. Eine selection and choice of cocktails. Very nice Wellness area and best in class gym equipment. Overall our holiday at Haven was pure bliss.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Es war alles extrem sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr angenehm, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen im Deck7 ist exzellent, die Aussicht phänomenal.
