Direkt am Skilift, Begrüßungsgetränk, tolle Wasserrutsche, Spabereich freundlicher Service, kostenloser Tiefgaragen Stellplatz, geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche (Appartement). Zum touristischen Zentrum etwas weit weg um zu Fuß zu gehen.

We had a very nice stay in the Glocknerin. The pictures on the website are representing the hotel well. Together with our children we enjoyed the swimmingpool, the restaurant and the bowling area, which are all of good quality. The rooms are also of good quality. The hotel is next to the skying slope, and the ski lockers are modern and close to the slope. Car park is underneath the hotel, with good access to the hotel.

Wir waren zu drei Generationen (Großeltern, Eltern und Enkelsöhne - 7 und 3 Jahre -) für 6 Tage zu Gast und wir hatten den entspanntesten Skiurlaub aller Zeiten. Einfach alles war entspannt, unkompliziert, das ganze Personal war sehr herzlich, sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, alles ist unfassbar sauber (!!!), die Kinder haben genügend Möglichkeiten zum Austoben und Spielen (für alle unten ein komplettes Kletterzimmer, ein Spielzimmer mit Rutsche, Spielhaus, Spieleküche und Bewegungsspielen etc. und für die Jugendlichen ein Zimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker etc.). Das große sehr saubere Schwimmbad mit “unfassbar cooler Riesenrutsche ” (Zitat Sohn, 7 J) ist sowieso der absolute Hit für Alt UND Jung. Auch die Großeltern haben sich sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefällt uns auch, dass das Hotel ein Familienunternehmen aus drei Generationen ist, denn das spürt man an jeder Stelle (nicht nur in der Liebe zum Detail). Besonders Nachhaltigkeit wird hier auch ganz groß geschrieben, so hat das Hotel seine eigene Wasserquelle und sein eigenes top modernes und “sauberes” Heizkraftwerk, welches mit Holz aus der Umgebung versorgt wird, wodurch es sich selbst mit Wärme versorgen kann. Wir sind einfach rundum begeistert. Und obwohl wir schon fast ein Jahrzehnt nach Obertauern fahren sind wir froh nun endlich DIE Unterkunft für uns gefunden zu haben, in der wir uns (besonders die Kinder) wie zuhause fühlen und einfach stresslos abschalten können.

We have been staying in this place for a few years for our skiing holidays. The overall experience was always good and all the amenities were excellent. HOWEVER, the management of the current receptionist during critical situations (regarding public areas) was unacceptable!

Fantastic hotel and staff. A perfect location for skiing. The wellness and swimming pool plus slide for all ages! was great. Very comfortable beds. They have everything you need. The two restaurants and three bars have 5 star food and service.

The staff at Glocknerin Hotel were the nicest hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have traveled to over 180 cities and stays in almost as many hotels. I have never been so happy with a hotel experience. Frans, his wife, and his entire team were absolutely phenomenal! The nicest most helpful people I ever met. The food at Hotel Glocknerin at the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Worth the money for the breakfast 100% The beds were insanely comfortable. The rooms were insulated, quiet, warm, and relaxing. The spa was absolutely gorgeous with 7+ different types of saunas. The heated pool and heated waterslide were phenomenal and a ton of fun to hang out by at the end of a long day of skiing. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. The room had every dish you could possibly need for a full meal, everything worked perfectly and looked great. 100% I will be coming back to visit this amazing hotel!!

Wir waren zuletzt vor 22 Jahren hier. Es hat sich natürlich sehr viel getan, keine Frage. Leider auch negatives. Ein Gesamtgefühl kann man beschreiben, indem man sagt: es ist ein Selbstläufer, man muss sich nicht besonders um die Gäste bemühen. Es sind viele Annehmlichkeiten, wie die große Garage, Schwimmbad, die Lage und auch viele andere positive Dinge, keine Frage. Aber z.B. ein 4 Personen Appartement soll für 4 gute Schlafmöglichkeiten bieten. Der Ausziehsofa ist eine Zumutung für Erwachsene. Das Appartement sollte täglich smart-gereinigt werden, wo auch Bett-Machen dabei sein sollte und Handtuchtausch, falls erwünscht. Das hat nicht geklappt. Grundsätzlich hatten wir eine schöne Zeit verbracht, aber es fehlten doch Kleinigkeiten.

Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage direkt am Skilift. Der Poolbereich mit der Wasserrutsche ist ohnedies das Highlight nach einem Skitag. Essen im Almrausch in uriger gemütlicher Atmosphäre ist TOP. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt dass man den Skipass nicht gleich im Hotel kaufen kann, sondern sich an der Kasse anstellen muss. Insgesamt aber ein mehr als gelungener Urlaub. Leider konnten wir nur das Wochenende, wir kommen aber jedenfalls wieder.
