Wunderschönes Hotel, Empfang sehr nett! Zimmer (geschäftlich 3 Nächte) Premium Doppelzimmer 🤔 ok!! Etwas klein, aber ok! Halbpension ist inklusive- unser Tisch war leider nicht sehr angenehm! Direkt beim Eingang des Restaurants, „Durchzugsverkehr.“😂 Essen war ok!!!! Aber nicht aussergewöhnlich!!! Hotel und Poolanlagen „Wahnsinn „!! Infinity-Pool Hammer- 34Grad - war allerdings letzter Sonmertag😂 also Lufttemperatur sehr warm! Hallenbad super, Rutschen ( waren wir nicht😂😂) aber für Kinder perfekt und riesig !!!! Sportbecken 👍 Die Bösen Onkelz waren gerade zur gleichen Zeit im Hotel. Tiefgarage wäre auch super, allerdings hat sich ein anderes Auto auf unseren Parkplatz gestellt! Aber einfach in der Rezeption Bescheid geben! Am Abreisetag leider - beim Frühstück auf Eier 25 Minuten gewartet - auf Nachfrage kalt bekommen!!!! Wäre kein Problem für uns- aber leider hatten wir Geschäftstermin mit Gemeinde!!! + every day Prosecco beim Frühstück!! ❤️❤️ Wir kommen sicher wieder!

My family had a wonderful time at the resort and greatly enjoyed the spectacular amenities and grounds. The all round attention to detail was exemplary throughout the resort and was evident in the quality of the service we received. The breakfast and dinner were prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of effort went into the presentation and taste. Many of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my children feel special. Emiko

Thank you for our stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views, and offers excellent facilities for both children and adults. The food was outstanding, both at breakfast and dinner. We encountered an issue with the children’s bathroom, which was personally handled by the hotel owner. Adele, who assisted us throughout our stay—from the reservation process, with the flexible cancellation policy, to our entire time at the hotel—was incredibly helpful, always with a smile and a generous attitude. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning again😊😊😊

herausragendes & modernes Hotel, unheimlich nettes & hilfsbereites Personal und die familiäre Mitarbeit (der Familie Hettegger) ist im ganzen Haus zu spüren ... Der Wellnessbereich ist ausgesprochen schön und modern gestaltet. Alle Saunaarten etc. für ein überdurchschnittliches Wellnesserleben sind gegeben. Für alle Annehmlichkeiten ist gesorgt und die Hygiene ist sehr gut. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen 👍

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach nur wunderbar. Vom ersten Moment fühlten wir uns als wären wir ein jahrelanger Stammgast. Die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Personal ist nur mit Außergewöhnlich zu betiteln. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Speisen sind vorzüglich. Sehr gut hat uns auch die Trennung der Spa-Bereiche in Family-Spa und Adult-Spa gefallen. Unser 13 jähriger Sohn war von den Wasserrutschen begeistert. Für uns war es ein Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolles Hotel. Service freundlich, Qualität und Angebot der Speisen sehr gut, wunderbarer Wellness Bereich, jedoch aufgrund der Größe ein recht anonymes Hotel in dem man auch nach mehreren Aufenthalten nicht wiedererkannt wird. Deshalb nur 4 von 5 Sternen….

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und unsere Kinder waren gern im Kids Club (8 und 6 Jahre) Der neue Baby Spa Bereich hat uns auch sehr gefallen. DAS HOTEL ist eine Entspannung und zugleich viel Spaß für die ganze Familie. Der Aufenthalt war wieder toll :)
