Personnel adorable à la réception. Superbe SPA et vue splendide depuis les chambres ( superbes et aménagées avec soin et goût, tout en bois) et depuis l’infinity pool. Belles randos à faire depuis l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux, avec une centrifugeuse pour les jus de fruits et des gaufres fraîches. Un petit bémol pour le tennis qui était fermé quand on est venu et on ne m’avait pas prévenu lors de la réservation. C’est ballot, j’avais choisi aussi l’établissement pour ça. J’avais amené les raquettes. Le plateau de fromage était ridicule matin et soir sous cette énorme cloche et les plats du dîner auraient mérité un peu plus de créativité et de soin pour un 4 étoiles supérieur. Mais sur l’ensemble, c’est une super adresse. Et apparement la pizza d’à côté est très bien.

We stayed at the hotel for one week on a half-board basis. The service is really fantastic. The food has a wide variety of good quality options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The heated outdoor pool was also a delight. The staff does everything to ensure you have a good time. Highly recommended!

The hotel is centrally located, with all the amenities that a four-star hotel can offer and more. The location is ideal for reaching the numerous activities on offer. As soon as you park in front of the hotel, you get the impression that you have booked the right place for your vacation. All of the activities on offer are easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning was very sustainable. Everything you need was there. Very friendly staff who try to recognize your problem before you even express it. Competent in all matters and very helpful in solving the respective problem. Excellent, varied cuisine with something for everyone, with consideration for possible intolerances. Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant area, very attentive staff. Comprehensive wine selection for every wallet. Even in bad weather, the hotel offers options such as a sauna, wellness, fitness and a pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools, so that you don't have to leave if you don't want to. The leisure offer is also supplemented with additional entertainment. For us it was a very nice, relaxing short break, with a repeat factor.

We have been to the Alpina for the second time, this time just the ladies (one big and two little ones). Just like last year, we were absolutely delighted! A beautiful house (newly renovated). The whole team, from check-in to the super friendly service at all meals, the great housekeeping who cleaned up our mess so nicely every day ;), a big thank you to the kitchen team for the super delicious food, the lovely lady in the spa who treated my girls so well, and the kids club where my daughters felt like they were at home again. A special thank you again to caretaker Robert for the impromptu taxi ride to the village!! You are brilliant! Stay as you are! We will be back!

A stay at the Alpina is indescribable! We visit the hotel every year as a family, but it has never been as beautiful as this year. Everything is new, friendly staff, everything is perfect! All rooms were renovated in the summer, new doors and carpets everywhere. The spa area has been expanded again, the range of activities for children is top-notch! And it is the perfect cycling area with wonderful cycle paths around St. Johann. We are already looking forward to 2024!!

A great hotel for families and skiers. We loved the outdoor heated pool and spa area. The food in the restaurant was good. However it seemed like they could do with more restaurant staff. As we always had to wait a while for someone to take our order. The staff worked hard but there just wasn’t enough of them. We were there apparently during a busy week due to half term.
No one really explained the seating arrangements at breakfast, but we got asked to move a couple of times which was weird, and made us feel awkward. I still don’t understand why we were asked to move as the lady didn’t speak English and unfortunately my German is very limited.
We loved how close the hotel is to the gondola to go up to ski. Literally just 20 meters from the hotel entrance. The interski rental place is attached to the hotel.
We liked the tennis courts.
The room was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
I felt that the hotel was reasonably priced for what you get, and I would go back.
