We stayed at this hotel for a week - first week of July as a family - with two young children. I give this hotel an absolute 5 stars! The staff were absolutely friendly - at the front desk, at breakfast at dinner, or anytime we had a question. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. We had a one bedroom - on the 1st floor with a beautiful terrace with magnificent views. The views are 360, stunning! Food: more selection than you'll ever need and excellent - we all enjoyed every thing we ate, including the kids - they had fantastic options for them too. Breaksfast time you could make a fresh juice, they had fresh smoothies, kombucha, you name it. Location: perfect - gondola across the street and if you do not want that one, then drive a bit to the next one. Hiking trails everywhere - we hiked every single day of the week and of course, still did not see everything. Pool : after a big day hiking, we would go back to the hotel for a swim before dinner. Outdoor pool was fantastic - kids loved the slide. It was heated (not sure what temperature) but it was perfect. Indoor pool also lovely - great if you get a rainy day! We enjoyed our time here so much - thank you to all the staff - magnificent :)

Das ganze Team in diesem Hotel ist wahnsinnig nett und zuvorkommend. Ich habe die Freundlichkeit in diesem Umfang noch nie erlebt! :-) Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick ein Traum. Der Pool (innen wie außen) ist sehr schön und wurde täglich genutzt. Das Essen (Gourmet-HP) kam einer kulinarischen Expedition gleich und war sehr köstlich. Was ich besonders toll fand, war die persönliche Begrüßung durch die Chefs und "Der Berghöfler" jeden Morgen zum Frühstück. In diesem Faltblatt stehen jeden Tag interessante Informationen (Wetter, Beautytipps, Ausflugstipps, etc.) und das Wahnsinns-Menü am Abend. Der Wellness Bereich ist von uns auch genutzt worden und auch hier habe ich nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen nächsten Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Viele Grüße aus NRW.

As we are travellers by nature, we visited many hotels on this planet and across the Austrian Alps, so basically the Berghofhotel can be recommended by our side , but with some reservations. The location directly opposite the station is perfect. The staff are very friendly, but some are lack of emphaty needed in tourism.The older part of the hotel badly needs some outside, partly inside(ski depot) renovation.Our room was new, thnx for the upgrade. We had a big renovated room in the older part. The spa is absolutely new and well equipped, but water is a bit too cold, not as advertised. We missed a variety of dishes at breakfast, so presentation of it is a bit poorish ,also at jause after ski break(lots of leftovers) had a lack of diversity.They arrange almost everything u wish, but still availability is not pronto.The quality of dinners were hot/cold.It can be seen , that the owners are on the run for hotel profitability, as food ingredients were normally not for 4S hotel, nor was charging for tap water to naive guests...We aren't cheapskate, but even thinking about it is outrageous. The location and our room were the greatest pros of the hotel.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel - auch wenn die Zimmer bzw. die Badezimmer teilweise ein bisschen älter sind. Frühstück, Nachmittagsjause und Abendessen sind absolut perfekt! Wellnessbereich ist top! Zwar ist das Hotel preislich im oberen Segment angesiedelt, aber dafür bekommt man vieles geboten! Eines ist besonders hervorzuheben: die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals einschließlich der Gastgeberfamilie! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende wieder einmal im Berghof. Wohnten in der Panorama Suite und waren von den Neuheiten des Hotels sehr begeistert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der neue Rooftop Pool und die Wellnesslandschaft mit Ihrer tollen Aussicht. Auch Kulinarisch und vom Service wurden alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben unsere Zeit im Berghof sehr genossen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre und die aufmerksame und freundliche Betreuung durch das Personal, egal ob im Restaurant, im Spa, beim Room Service oder an der Rezeption haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem Rundum-sorglos-Paket werden lassen. Ein Highlight war für uns das Dinner am Abend. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, die Kreationen sind ein Genuss für ddas Auge und den Gaumen. Darüber hinaus gab es noch tolle Ausflugstipps, wobei der Berghof für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt ist.
