Ich war bereits zum dritten Mal zu Gast und komme gerne wieder. Bei der Ankunft am Bahnhof wartete bereits der Fahrer Bruno (danke nochmals) auf mich. Nach dem herzlichen Empfang bekam ich ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Wasserfall und über das gesamte Gasteinertal. Das Bad war sehr großzügig und begeistete mich durch die Dusche ebenfalls mit Fenster zum Tal. Das "Straubinger" ist einfach ein besonderer Ort. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Serviceteams und das besondere Ambiete in diesem historischen Gebäude machen jeden Aufenthalt zu etwas Außergewöhnlichem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Wellnessbereich mit seinem Pool. Vielen Dank nochmals an das gesamte Straubingerteam für den perfekten Aufenthalt.

Wunderschönes Hotel sehr geschmackvoll restauriert; historischer Rahmen mit dezent modernen Akzenten. Hochwertiger SPA bereich. Personal – vor allem Fuhrpark Manager - äußerst zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr solide. Wir fahren wieder hin.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett, sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekt auch für einen Kurzurlaub, Wellnessbereich auch sehr ansprechend und alles sauber, Sauna im Zimmer war perfekt, zentrale Lage, Parkgarage ist nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt

Schönes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal, sehr erholsamer Wellness - Bereich. Das Frühstückbuffet ist mit viel Liebe zubereitet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Idyllische Wanderwege mit herrlicher Aussicht auf herrliche Berge. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Das Beste war die indische Masseurin - alleine dafür lohnt es sich dieses Hotel zu buchen. Das Valetparking ist perfekt organisiert. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber das Licht zu schummrig. Im Ankleidebereich fehlt Licht- das sollte jedenfalls geändert werden. Gute Betten, schöne Bettwäsche, flauschige Handtücher und Bademäntel. Das Essen war abends sehr gut, aber es fehlt ein Salatbuffet und Käsebuffet. Für ein 5* Grandhotel eigentlich unabdingbar. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein. Marmeladengläser direkt vom Supermarkt ist ein Nogo. Kein guter Kuchen ist ebenfalls nicht akzeptierbar. Also es ist Luft nach oben. Die Bar mit den tollen Barkeepern ist aber schon einen Sensation für Gastein. Die internationale Bedienung war überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wir kommen wieder! Das Flair eines Grandhotels ist ja nicht so leicht zu toppen.
