Ein Hotel direkt in einem Schloss gelegen mit einem super schönen Ausblick, einem kleinen Pool, nettem Wellness Bereich und sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal und Service. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet und nach einem Konzert auf der Loreley noch kalte Drinks in der Nacht.

Wer gerne am Empfang von einem Jugendlichen Mitarbeiter ignoriert werden möchte und gerne erzählt bekommen möchte, dass schriftliche Reservierungsbestätigungen des Hotels, wie hier im Restaurant ein schriftlich zugesicherter Fensterplatz (was im Restaurant ignoriert wurde) nicht verbindlich wären und hierfür auch noch gerne viel Geld bezahlen möchte, dem sei dieses Hotel wärmstens empfohlen.

Zuerst haben uns die recht gemischten Bewertungen insbesondere die angeblich fehlende Freundlichkeit des Personals etwas von der Buchung abgeschreckt. Zum Glück haben wir uns dann dich für den Aufenthalt entschieden. Von der Rezeption über den Spabereich bis zum Restaurant waren alle äußerst hilfsbereit und nett. Die Aussicht auf den Rhein ist phänomenal, das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren superfein und auch der Pool wunderbar, insbesondere bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder
