Aufgrund unserem tollen Vermala Urlaub im Februar 2024, waren wir wieder diesen Februar 25 hier zu Gast. Echt gewaltig was sich in diesem einen Jahr getan hat: ein zweiter neuer Wellnessbereich mit Skypool und Textilsauna, neue Bar, neues Buffet, neuer Empgangsbereich, neuer Skikeller, etc. Es ist einfach so unfassbar schön gemacht und mit viel liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl. Und die Gastgeberfamilie ist super nett. Klar gibt es noch ein paar kleinere Zimmer (dafür such preisgünstiger) aber die neuen Zimmer sind sehr schön geworden: viel Platz, total stimmig eingerichtet und super tolles Bad! Aber das beste ist natürlich die österreichische Küche in diesem Haus. Es wird einfach echt lecker gekocht, so wie mann es sich erträumt im österreich Urlaub. Freue mich schon wieder sehr auf den Zwiebelrostbraten! Wir werden diese Jahr sogar 2x kommen. Diesmal auch einmal das Vermala im Sommer genießen mit einem kurzen Wellnessurlaub.

Liebe Miturlauber, Wir hatten bis auf einen Tag den gesamten Urlaub kein Internet. Wir waren nicht die einzigen, dieses Problem hatten auch 2 weitere Hotelgäste in den Vermala-Apartments neben uns. Wir sind sicher bescheidene und leicht zu befriedigende Gäste, aber das 1. erzwungene, wenn überhaupt vorhandene Engagement sowie die 2. leider nicht vorhandenen Kenntnisse über die hoteleigene Internetverbindung (selbst der Hotelbesitzer nicht..) haben unseren Urlaub komplett anders verlaufen lassen, als wir es uns bei Planung erhofften. Angebrachte Reklamationsversuche, selbst im kleinen Maß, werden vom Vermala-Hotel sehr kühl mit Polizeiandrohungen eingeschüchtert. Wir sind ziemlich enttäuscht. Sicherlich gab es auch angenehme Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts, aber diese haben mit dem Skiort und nicht mit dem Vermala-Hotel zu tun. Freundliche Grüße, Jacob Dill

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Nächte im Hotel Vermala verbracht und sind restlos begeistert! Die Zimmer sind ein Traum – mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohl. Der Spa-Bereich ist eine wahre Oase der Entspannung: sehr gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel absolut überzeugt – das Essen war auf höchstem Niveau: kreativ, frisch und einfach köstlich. Eine richtig gute Küche mit Leidenschaft. Es gibt eine stilvolle Bar in der Lobby und eine Almhütten Bar im Keller … hier kommt wirklich jeder auf seinen Geschmack! Das gesamte Ambiente im Hotel Vermala ist stimmig, durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Grosses Lob an die Familie Tschannhenz !!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren vom 08.03.2025-16.03.2025 im Hotel Vermala. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal super freundlich. Das Hotel ,nach dem Umbau, übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Wir werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

depuis plus de quarante ans nous passons nos vacances de ski en Autriche nous aimons tout particulièrement leur accueil, la qualité de leurs services ainsi que la gentillesse des hôteliers et de leurs personnels. Et puis nous sommes allés au Vermala, et la rien de tout cela : parking mal dégagé, accueil très froid de la patronne , chambre petite pas fonctionnelle , salle de bains très petite avec WC et pas de WMC , par deux fois il manquait du papier toilette . Le seul point positif est la cuisine, les diners étaient bons malgré un buffet d entrée minimaliste et pas varié . Nous étions très déçus.

Hôtel situé en bord de route, circulation assez importante le matin et le soir à partir de 17h00.Nous étions logé dans le bâtiment annexe.Belle salle à manger tout en bois,repas bons,pas assez chauds. Personnel sympathique et serviable.Petit déjeuner : salade de fruits banale,juste quelques pommes et un peu de melon ( en hiver???) Manque des oranges,bananes par exemple.Beaucoup de.charcuterie. Vins trop chers ( le premier prix,31 euros) Espace wellness vieillissant ( le même depuis notre dernière visite il y a 15 ans)De plus le jacuzzi était en panne pendant tout notre séjour.. Bref,nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel !

Wunderschön gelungener Anbau, viel Holz,schönes Ambiente..leider überaus lange gewartet, 45Min. für Essen- all die jungen Leute im Service haben wir bedauert..scheinen alleine "gestrampelt" zu haben- wo war Chef de Service?? Qualität des Essens wie gewohnt aber excellent :)

Das Essen war durchaus zufriedenstellend, jedoch empfanden wir den Umgangston und die Art, wie die Leitung mit Gästen sowie den engagierten Mitarbeitenden umging, als äußerst unangenehm. Besonders bedauerlich war der respektlose Umgang, den wir miterleben mussten. Auch scheint es den Verantwortlichen schwerzufallen, konstruktive Kritik anzunehmen, was die Situation zusätzlich verschärfte (beispielsweise bei der blonden Rezeptionistin). Insgesamt war dies für uns eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, die uns sehr leid für die Mitarbeitenden tut, die sich trotz dieser Umstände offensichtlich große Mühe geben.
