Das Dom Restaurant in St. Blasien ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse. Angefangen mit der perfekten, aufmerksamen, aber unaufdringlichen und professionellen Bedienung von Alex Springer bis zu den ausgezeichneten Getränken und köstlichen Speisen in sehr angenehmen Ambiente auf der Terasse. Wir hatten als Hauptgänge Fisch, Rumpsteak und gekochtes Ochsenfleisch badischer Art bestellt. Wobei letzteres erwähnenswerter Weise mit reichlich Beilagen uns Saucen serviert wurde, was ganz dem geheimen Wunsch entsprach. Wir waren alle höchst zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Das Hotel ist leider nicht angewiesen auf Gäste. Wir sind nach einer halben Stunde wieder gegangen. Habe eine Speisekarte verlangt, aber keine bekommen. Dss Personal ist unfreundlich. Als ich nach dem Passwort für das Internet gefragt habe, hat er mir zur Antwort gegen, er habe keine Zeit.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal eine Woche über Silvester und Neujahr, incl. Halbpension und Festmenüs im Dom Hotel. Das Hotel Hotel hat seine Jahre "auf dem Buckel" aber Charme . Die Zimmer sind gut und solide ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Das Bad war neu renoviert, ausreichend groß und mit Fenster zum Dom ( wie auch unser Zimmer) Das Frühstücksbüffett war gut bestückt, mit frischen Bäcker-Brötchen und hervoragendem Kaffee vom Tee-Peter aus Freiburg. Aber zum Essen: Das 4 gängige Wahlmenü am Abend war mehr als nur überzeugend, alles hausgemacht kein Convinience. Es war eine Freude sich am Abend an den Tisch zu setzen. Es gab die komplette Woche rein garnichts zu bemängeln. Gegen Ende hatten wir Lust auf Forelle blau ( frisch aus dem eigenen Becken im Haus) und wollten gegen Bezahlung diese als Hauptgericht. Prompt wurde diese am auf die Halbpension-Menükarte gesetzt. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Sehr gut geführtes Familien Hotel, mit hervorragender Küche, großer Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten sowie einem reichhaltigen Frühstück. Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel vor Ort und wurden sehr verwöhnt. Wir können das DOM Hotel bestens empfehlen.

Sehr nettes Hotel direkt neben dem Dom mit hervorragendem Essen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder. Wer Kirchenglocken nicht mag, sollte besser außerhalb von St. Blasien Urlaub machen;-)

We arrived without a reservation, they managed us for two nights. We ended up staying three. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Rooms are clean well appointed with old world charm. Great breakfast included, dinner menu is very nice and food is great. Place is located in the center of town, convenient to shops, stores and cafes. Don church is behind the hotel across a small plaza. Seemed to have many guests that enjoy hiking in area. Wonderful place for couples. Very affordable price.
