Das Personal an der Reception ist ausnahmslos fantastisch und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Auch Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Tolle Lage mitten im Dorf. Gastro „Masse statt Klasse“. Ich würde definitiv nicht wieder Halbpension buchen. Essen entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Haus, ebensowenig das Rührei beim Frühstück. Leider ist der Welnessbdreich nur ab 15.30 Uhr offen. Als ich dort war letzte Woche hat es 2 Tage praktisch nur geregnet. Wenigstens den Whirlpool vor 15.30 geniessen könne, wäre toll gewesen.

Wij logeerden een week in het hotel, met 11 personen bestaande uit verschillende gezinnen (8 volwassenen + 3 kinderen + hond). Het hotel was heel goed. Wij hadden een grote familiekamer met aparte slaapkamer voor de kinderen. De ruimtes waren erg groot, ingebouwde dressing en ruime badkamer met bad en douche. Omdat kinderen al eens luid worden, merkten we dat de kamers ook goede geluidsisolatie hebben. Het enige wat we misschien miste in de kamer was een koelkastje om drankjes koud te houden. Wel werd er water en glazen voorzien bij elke schoonmaak. De terrasjes (balkon) waren bij sommige kamers nogal klein. Je kon er niet echt op zitten, maar wel staan turen naar het landschap. Zowel in het hotel als in de kamer waren er voorzieningen voor de hond, die dus ook écht welkom was. Verder werd er per kamer een tas met handdoeken en badjassen voorzien voor het zwemmen. Het zwembad en bubbelbad op het dak waren goed op temperatuur en had prachtige uitzichten. De andere faciliteiten in de hotel waren echt goed en iedereen was erg vriendelijk om onze vragen te beantwoorden. We besloten ondergronds te parkeren (met een autolift) en dat was helemaal niet duur, 56 EUR voor een week. Dat vonden we goed meevallen voor een week in het centrum van het dorp. Want ook de ligging was echt ideaal. Veel zaken op wandelafstand en toch genoeg horeca in de buurt om iets te knabbelen of te drinken. Om nog maar te zwijgen van de prachtinge omgeving, adembenemend! Het restaurant van het hotel is zeker een aanrader. De avondmaaltijd was steeds een 5-gangenmenu met voorgerecht, saladebar, soep, hoofdgerecht en dessert. Het eten was echt heel erg lekker en ruimschoots genoeg. Complimenten aan de chef! Wij kregen bij aankomst nog een Sommer - en Premiumkarte, waardoor we gratis op alle liften konden en korting kregen op bepaalde toegangen. Ook zeker de moeite als die inbegrepen is bij de boeking.

Ich war anlässlich des Montafon Arlberg Marathons bereits zum dritten Mal zu Gast. Sehr freundliches und dienstleistungsorientiertes Personal, hervorragende Küche, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. Auch Sonderwünsche werden gerne erfüllt. Jederzeit wieder.

Pro’s - great location with easy access to lifts. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Rooms clean and decent size. Easy access to ski shop. Top floor with access to hot tub and pool great. Fun games to play in bar area. Two nice restaurants downstairs. Cons: Very noisy at night (having read previous reviews we asked to be on the quieter side of the hotel, which we were assured we were - however the shouting from the nightclub kept us awake late into the night). The lifts give a strong static shock, sometimes generating a spark, each time you push a button - really unpleasant. The bathrooms have glass doors leaving absolutely no room for privacy - bizarre.

Friendly, funky, and hospitable
Super friendly staff who went above and beyond to deal with any requests. Rooms on the high st were slightly noisy but that is to be expected. Gorgeous spa area and warm cosy fire lit every evening. Will be returning!
