역하고 가깝고, 깔끔해서 좋습니다. 조식도 무료라서 간단하게 먹기 좋습니다. 세븐일레븐도 건너퍈에 있어서 편했습니다. 다만, 식당이 많은 쪽은 역 건너쪽이라 약간 거리가 있긴 했는데 멀지는 않았습니다.

就職のため、在学中のアパートを引払い、移動のために宿泊。
移動のためチェックインが22:00過ぎましたが可能でしたので選びました。
部屋も清潔感あり。すごしやすかったです。
ただ、無料の朝ごはん（ビュッフェ）で、使用済みの箸に気が付かず、息子が使ってしまいました。（息子も気が付かず、綺麗な箸ばかりだったからかもしれませんが。）
もう少し使用済みと分かるようにして欲しいです。

お世話になりました。
燕三条の駅からも非常に近く、目の前にセブンイレブンもあると言う、非常に良い立地にありました。
ビジネスで使うには十分の清潔感もあり、無料の朝食も美味しくいただきました。
