"FIELD SUITE SPA HEADQUARTERS" was designed by Kengo Kuma, a world-famous architect, and is equipped with hot bath facilities, restaurants, and lodging facilities. At the open-air bath where you can enjoy the view of Mt. Awagatake, one of Japan's 300 famous mountains, and the sauna and restaurant where you can enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by a bonfire, you can deeply connect with the producers and enjoy the local cuisine. We will prepare a menu that makes the most of the ingredients. As accommodation facilities, there are villa buildings (2 types, 3 buildings) and a mobile house "JYUBAKO-" jointly developed by Kengo Kuma and Snow Peak.
The design allows you to feel a sense of unity with nature, and you can enjoy an experience that blends into the four seasons of Niigata.

The cabin we stayed with a king bed is very nice. The staff are very welcoming and speak good English too. The onsen is my favorite. As it was off peak, not crowded. The dinner and breakfast top up was very worth it as well. We ate very well and enjoyed the fireplace outside the restaurant afterward. Rem to check out the merchandise and the Snow Peak Museum nearby. I hope to come back again one day.

交通確實不太方便，燕三條車站出來打車，8000日元。酒店是真的很漂亮，特意去體驗隈研吾的住箱，小小的，很精緻。早晚餐也都還不錯。如果想吃的簡單的，酒店也有餐廳，可以自己點單。

事情經過：
11月6號早上9點發現11月14號同房型含3早3晚價格為6153，13號的地球雙人套房100平3早3晚8043；和攜程客服溝通，相差一天同房型相差30%有點過於離譜，訴求是13號的房型直接減去差價，or退13號改成14號入住，如果不可，可否換成當天100平房型退差價1200，如若再不可，可否換成當天100平房型不退差價。
目前情況：
12點攜程客服反饋酒店方拒絕換一天入住同房型方案，還需進行進一步協商；約下午3～5點進行反饋
最終結果，沒有任何賠償或安撫措施
酒店本身還不錯，不管是房間本身還是服務，周邊，晚餐還是温泉的部分；但是真的非常影響心情！花錢買糟心的體驗🤢
