Amazing renovation and stay!!!! We had a condo and a separate room and both were impeccable and beautiful. Staff is excellent. Loved every second of it and will go again!

The employees were very kind but the facility should not be taking guests or charging them the current rates as there is nothing there except the shells nature puts on their beach. Most of their facility was washed away by the 2022 hurricane, nothing is being rebuilt yet. It is more like a sad campground than anything close to a resort. Our Gulfview studio room was clean but outdated with the screen porch being so infested with the no-see-um biting gnats that we could not sit out there even with the local spray we bought. There are rusted umbrellas on the beachfront with plastic loungers you can pull over to use. A camp style picnic table no one used was in front of our building with a propane grill next to it. All vegetation, tennis courts, pool, restaurant and most of their buildings are gone. We booked it because of the high rating Trip Advisor gave it but obviously it's been years since they evaluated it! We won't be back.

We had such a great time! The condo was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend. Dinner at Doc Fords was an added bonus to a great day!

The inn was clean, and the employees were well informed and nice. Great views of the beach from the unit and fun times collecting shells. The free use of the umbrellas and beach chairs were great. The only big downside was the air conditioning being broken for 6 hours while it was 90 degrees outside. We really appreciate the AC technicians staying there late and getting it working again, but it sure put a damper on the stay. We were hoping to make this a yearly trip, but we are seriously rethinking that now.

Everything needed is available and the proximity to the beach is the best. We rarely ate out since we could cook our own meals. Chairs are set up for guests every day and towels are provided. We always enjoy our stay here!

I usually travel alone and I felt completely safe at the Island Inn. The inn is clean and well cared for, everything is in tip-top condition! In addition, the employees were all very kind. The free use of the umbrellas and beach chairs are the icing on the cake! Some other resorts on the island charge you $$ to sit under an umbrella.
