第一，辦入住很慢超級慢，新來的前台操作不熟練可以理解，又慢又搞不清，帶教的就不能先給客人辦好入住嗎？在前台等了半天。我在網上訂的標準大床房，問我要標準大床房還是豪華大床房，還以為可以免費升級，然後説豪華大床房加按金一共多少錢讓我付錢，我都懵了。
第二，也是最無語的，開房開的6樓的房間，給我4樓的房卡，後面房間打不開客房阿姨幫我開了，然後用對講機和前台説刷的房卡打不開，前台讓我自己下去換，我説了兩遍我行李多叫前台給我把房卡送過來，前台有兩個人送下房卡也不會出現前台沒人的情況吧，還是叫我自己下去拿，酒店前台的錯誤要我拖着一個行李箱兩個大包跑上跑下，無語透了。
第三，毛巾不乾淨，隔音不好，走廊裏的聲音聽的一清二楚。
