I stayed at Vincci Safira Palms in Zarzis and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The animation club was amazing – full of energy, fun activities, and great shows that made every day special. Overall, it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

We have been in Tunisia many times and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are clean, even the balcony, well maintained. We are also very satisfied with the staff, everyone is helpful, freandly and smiling here from the receptionists, waiters to the cleaners.I must appreciate the choice of food, it is quite large, and tasty. We were enchanted by the beautiful sandy beach, completely clean. Suitable for family with children as well because the water is shallow at the beginning and gradually deepens. A huge thank you to the animators and to the KIDS CLUB: always smiling, dynamic and attentive. We were at this hotel several times, and it was to say thank you for a pleasant stay! Everything was perfect!

We have been in Tunisia a few times and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel.🙂 Despite the fact that the hotel is a bit older, its rooms are completely clean, even the balcony, well maintained. In fact, it looks better. The wifi is free in lobby, room and also at the beach. We are also very satisfied with the staff, everyone is helpful and smiling here from the receptionists, waiters to the cleaners - not everywhere in Tunisia is like that as I found out in the past. 🥘I must appreciate the choice of food, it is quite large, and tasty. We did not have any health problems. 🏖️We were enchanted by the beautiful sandy beach, completely clean. Suitable for children as well because the water is shallow at the beginning and gradually deepens. Even though we arrived at the beach at 8 a.m. there were always a few sunbeds free. Also by the pool.🐎 For those who like horses and camels, there is the option of riding on the beach. We were several times, and it was an amazing experience. The owner of horses is kind, warm-hearted. We definitely recommend it!🙂

Excellent hotel food very large selection above average excellent. We were very satisfied with the room air conditioning works wifi excellent. Staff in the restaurant friendly reception needs additional training in communicating with guests. Especially applies to the lady with black hair always worked in the mornings unfortunately I don't know her name because she didn't have a badge. When I arrived at the reception she talked on the phone for a long time, where was I! The hotel is worth all five stars but due to problems with the reception it only gets four! I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were very rude – I felt like I was a burden rather than a guest. Everything took forever – check-in was painfully slow, as if no one knew what they were doing. No smiles, no willingness to help. With that kind of attitude toward customers, this hotel really loses points. You can easily find a better place for the same price.

The food was good, there is always something to eat that you will like. The animation team is amazing, they are super kid friendly, and assure you of a very fun night. During the day there is also something to do at any time. The pool is amazing and very clean. 10/10 I will come back.

The food was very good, everyday there is something different to eat. The animation team is very nice and is Super kid friendly. I loved the different party themes at night. The swimming pool is great for kids and super clean. 10/10 would recommend and will go again.
