Dont beleive the 5* reviews they seem to be hotel faked • No transfer • No such resort with what you’d expect to find ie shops beach and local amenities • No entertainment • No all inclusive • No swimming pools fit for purpose • No activities • No hot food • Food very limited • No security • Dark cold corridors • Unfit room • Unusable shower • Unusable bath • Unusable tv • Constant running tap • Cockroaches in bathroom • Dirty unclean bedding • No duvet covers • Every window dirty • Run down parts of hotel • No shop • No spa • Pool drainage broken • White towels turned orange once in contact with tap water (possible contamination) • Rude nonchalant staff • No heating in room ( or most hotel) • No heat for the food warmers • No food labelling • No real choice of food • No money conversation despite bureau de change

Le pire hôtel où j'ai séjourné en Tunisie. Je passe 3 mois en Tunisie l'hiver et je change d'hôtel régulièrement, j'ai donc une grande expérience des séjours ici. Le lella Meriam est le pire que j'ai fait, eau à peine chaude, du sable dans l'eau, repas froids, rupture d'approvisionnement de vin, alors que l'hôtel est pratiquement vide et je suis le seul à boire du vin. On m'annonce 50 clients dans l'hôtel alors qu'il y en à peine 20. Aucune animation. Hôtel catastrophique, ne réservez pas cet hôtel, vous le regretterez

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever been.. all inclusive with only beer, no use of the pool because it’s actually green, the food is horrible, no entertainment what so ever, no toilet roll, no tv, no hairdryer … hotel room is unbelievably disgusting

Hôtel à fuir. Pas propre, hôtel délaissé. Salle de bain plein de calcaire et rouille. Dégât des eaux. Clim qui fonctionne un jour sur deux. Petit déjeuner basic de basic il n’y avait rien. La piscine passe encore mais peu mieux faire niveau entretien. Ascenseur qui fait peur il manque des boutons et tombe en panne souvent. Presque pas de lumière dans tout l’hôtel et la chambre. Pas de gel douche dans chambre double alors que c’est 4 étoiles. Elles sont vraiment filantes…
