Hotel is clean, cool with enough amenities. Dog friendly. Bed is comfortable and not to springy.
Great pillow selections.
Would be great if we could have thicker or blinds options to block the sun.

I stayed for several nights. What a special surprise to find a dog bowl filled with treats and toys in my room. Special mention to Ally at the front desk who managed a few challenging moments with grace and professionalism. And she always greets you with a smile. I also love the variety at breakfast for grab n go.

This is a great hotel that we always stay at and have been staying at as a team for many years as our team competes in the area at local event. I always work with Angie and she takes extra care of us. The hotel is going through some renovations, but the renovations aren't invasive at all. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the renovations that have taken place there are really nice. Well maintained area, Wi-Fi works well, all the hotel staff we encountered were professional and very kind towards us. Thank you Angie, see you next year.

I visit Sanford annually and continue to never be disappointed at this hotel. The staff is outgoing, friendly, and very helpful. The room (refurbished this time) is modern, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast has many choices and is always minded after so everything is fresh. The location is great and is the only hotel in Sanford that has a restaurant/bar just adjacent to the property so you can walk there. Extra kudos to the Manager Angie, she makes it a point to greet everyone in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel!

We will never stay here again. “Do Not Disturb” no comprende. Check out time is NOON. 830 am- we get a knock on the door and not even 15 seconds housekeeping is trying to barge into our room. We had to slam the door shut as we were not even dressed!! Upon checking out at 10:30 am, we mentioned this to the front desk woman and her response was “the girls must have been trying to get an early start” WHAT?!?! 3.5!hours early?? Completely disregarding the do not disturb ticket on our door? Her response was completely unacceptable. Thank God we had the bar lock over the door. Terrible experience-dont stay here.

Ridiculous Loud Highway Noise all night as if the transport trucks were in the room. We have never been in a louder room. If you don’t mind not sleeping then you will enjoy the breakfast, bedding, cleanliness and room decor which are above average.,

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to this area. We were with our High School team, who were competing at a local event the next day. We worked with Angie again on setting up our reservation and as always, she did a wonderful job. When we arrived, all the keys were bagged up, rooms assigned and ready to go. All the staff we encountered were always helpful, friendly and very professional. Quiet and well maintained hotel, with plenty of restaurants near by. Rooms are standard, but well maintained and in excellent condition Wi-Fi is fast and stable. We would like the thank the entire team, especially Angie, for making our 4th stay better than ever. We will continue to return as always.

This hotel shouldn't even be open right now! When we pulled up all the windows were taped with plastic for outside renovation. Thank goodness for Caleb. He's great employee who made us feel welcomed. The rooms are quite disgusting. Built up dirt on the carpet, bathroom door rotted on the bottom, our shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall, party in the adjacent room til 2 am. When i called the front desk at 1 am, he said "call me in 15 minutes if it doesn't end." Called again. He said "call me at 1:30" at which time I said, "I'm sorry. It's after 1:00 in the morning. I'd like you to take care of this now. He replied, "I'm in the middle of an audit." Unbelievable! The next morning we were awakened at 7:00 am with scraping on the wall outside our window. A horrible experience! Pillows were awful as well. I was shocked at the cost when we checked out. It should be around $75/night with the state of this hotel. The rooms need a desperate overhaul, but they're starting with the pool. Not the right priorities. Unfortunately they don't have much for hotels in this city. Won't stay there again! Mostly great staff except for the overnighter. But a very gross hotel.

This hotel is wonderful! Clean, quiet and all amenities available to guests at all times. We visited Sanford for a sentimental journey to where I was born and spent many happy times with my grandparents. The hotel added to the warm and comforting feelings I experienced. Located on a busy stretch of highway, you would never know it! The facility was quiet and our room very clean. We also greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast - especially the omelets on Sunday! All food offerings were fresh and appealing; the dining area extremely clean as the staff was visibly wiping tables/chairs and restocking food. We are very glad we selected this hotel. Only disappointment was the restaurant located next door - bad service and worse food!! Next time we will just wait until breakfast at the hotel rolls around again!! :-)
