Smelled horrible, Dirty, stained sheets, old fruit gummy candy from previous people in corner by door, hair in bathroom.

Arrived at the hotel around 10:45p after a full day at Cedar Point to find the air-conditioner not functioning. Room was hotter and more humid than the outside air which is not optimal for Ohio in July - just five minutes in and the back of your head was soaking in sweat. After two trips to the desk, the manager came to the room and determined that the settings were correct - I pointed out the compressor would kick on and then go right off; there was no condensation draining on the outside like the other units and very little heat emitting from the unit to the outside. She said there was nothing else she could do as they were booked. I explained that it was not acceptable and that if I wasn't going to be able to sleep at all, I could just cut the trip short and drive the 3.5 hours home in the dead of night. She told me if that was my choice to gather my things and leave. I checked out around 11:45p and was denied a refund. I get that things happen, but to just blow the situation off as if I was the problem and not even offering the refund on the service not provided was unacceptable. If you book here, do so cautiously and be prepared for issues!!

The staff was excellent & met all Of our needs with great care. They accommodated our change in plans with grace & generosity. It was clean & beds were great! We couldn’t believe how well we slept! It is close to the shoreline path for morning & evening walks & free concerts.

Room was very clean AC was cold. Staff very friendly and accommodating with answers to area questions. Breakfast was hot and variety was available. Was down for a baseball tournament did not want to stay at a water park and pay 400.00 a night plus fees. I would stay here again. I consider myself to be very picky.

Comfy room at a great price with good morning breakfast. Water pressure was good and water was hot. For every person to shower at night. Staff was vary friendly and helpful. They even told me if I was to check in past check in time to call them and they have someone their to check me in. Great location for heading to Cedar Point for thr value of the price.

Had some issues with some things in the room but they were taken care of promply. Very nice staff. Beds were comfortable. Small but decent breakfast.
