To checking in 2 hours earlier I have to 700 Rands and they still collected 500 Rands deposits refundable when you are checking out !

The gentleman at the reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was very basic and standard, but has absolutely everything you need to stay comfortably. Has safe parking as well which is great!

Zinhle Madlala asked for my bank details and said they would EFT my deposit on the 23rd of December 2021 today it’s the 3rd of January 2022 I still haven’t gotten my deposit! I call today and a lady called Norma at the reception is RUDE as hell!! Telling me how she’ll check she is busy checking in guests like I care I cannot wait for such a long time for a deposit that was supposed to have been processed a long time ago I checked out on the 19 of December 2021 and today on the 3rd of January 2022 they are telling me they still need to check why I was not refunded their service is disgusting!!! I am annoyed!!

Not as expected
The apartments are gated providing a layer of security which was appreciated. Upon arrival when using the showers it was apparent they haven’t been cleaned in some time and the towels were dirty, refolded, and still wet. Not like the pictures.

Not the best
Unit was very dirty, floor in bathroom covered in hair, and a lot of maintenance is required in the unit.
Bath towels are so tiny, and very stained and had hair embedded in the towels
Shower had no pressure, shower head attached with tape.
Where tiles are broken in the shower the problem was resolved with silicone.
Walls and ceiling very dirty and aircons dont work
