The double room was reasonably well appointed. The single room was not clean - power sockets were not working. The toilet is strangely in a glass box in the middle of the room. We arranged an airport transfer for 3 people from the airport. A Nissan micra arrived 15 minutes late for the pick-up. It was not possible to take three people and 3 suitcases because the car was too small. The hotel still charged full price for the transfer. Restaurant was suprisingly decent - the staff although friendly did not respond in anyway to complaints to help solve them. So we ended up checking out a day early. Much better options available - I will avoid this place in the future.

Conference venue set up correct, venue was clean and very well presented, Ablution facilities was clean. Refreshments were good and served on time. Staff overall friendly and helpful. Centrally located in Woodmead area.

Our Lubrication Engineering Course was help at Cedarwoods on 19 - 23 February 2024. The food was awesome as well as the lunches. all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist and make sure all was in order. All our delegates had a good week.

Always a pleasure returning to Cedarwoods. Highly professional and comfortable venue. Staff always goes above and beyond. We use the venue for week long workshops and meetings with larger groups. We never get complaints and will return for years to come.

a good place to stay at....menu to be expanded to offer a variety of food choices....Beverage pricing is a little unwelcoming might be reviewed for better. Some staffers seemed high now and then which was not so comforting

No comment, but it was absolutely beautiful place and secure. The service was fantastic and also the room was very neat as well as the the people at the hotel were very friendly, communicated, rendering a great service.
