Muito, muito, muito má experiência Nunca imaginei ser tratado com tanta baixaria num alojamento numa grande cidade como Sandton. Ninguém merece passar por uma situação igual. Logo a nossa chegada, foram pedidos R500 de caução para qualquer eventualidade de danificação de algum pertence. Pagamos de imediato, mas não recebemos nenhuma apresentação do apartamento - apenas as chaves. Passamos 4 noites, no dia da nossa saída, às 04:40 da manhã, tínhamos que estar no aeroporto às 06:00. O senhor do alojamento levou muito tempo e, quando entrou no apartamento, fez movimentos estranhos, mexeu o remote de forma insistida e acusou-nos de danificar a TV. Disse que a TV não estava funcionando e exigiu R6.500 como pagamento. Fomos agressivamente forçados a pagar, apesar de não concordar. Não tínhamos tempo para resolver a situação ou chamar a polícia, pois tínhamos apenas uma hora para estar no aeroporto. Essa experiência foi traumatizante e não desejaria que alguém passasse por uma situação igual

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sandton. Unfortunately, our weekend stay was negatively impacted by a water issue that was not communicated to us beforehand. Effective communication is essential, and this oversight affected what should have been a great experience.

This apartment is nothing like the listing suggests. The photos show a clean and well-maintained space, but in reality, it is old, dirty, and neglected. The dining chairs and sofa are filthy, the pots and Pyrex are chipped and look like they’ve been around for a century, and the duvet is so worn out that all the filling has shifted to the sides - leaving you essentially sleeping under a bedsheet. The blanket in the cupboard? Don’t even consider using it. The carpet in one of the bedrooms has holes, and the entire room has an unpleasant, ingrained musty dirty smell. It was so bad that I checked out three days early and booked a clean hotel for the same price. I would not recommend staying here.
