I stayed here for two weeks. There was daily cleaning which was great. The room was clean and cozy and had everything I could need. The hotel was simple, nothing to complain about. The staff were great and friendly all the time. Some neighbors were loud but nothing to be scared of as I felt safe at all times. Unfortunately there was construction during my whole stay, but they were friendly too and kept the dust at a minimum. It was also a 5 minute Uber to Sandton which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again, especially for a long term stay.

Firstly there was a lot of noise we could hardly sleep the place had a ******* vibe I we were very disappointed such that we couldn’t wait to leave the place. In addition the room was smelly when I booked on the application it was a king room but I was given a bachelors room.

The place is decent but there is a shortage of staff, the security guard is also the receptionist and it causes massive confusion at times. But once all of that is out of the way, it’s easily enjoyable

Shadian is in the city center. It is very beautiful. It has a sense of design. It is clean. It is quiet in the bustle. It is very safe. There are many Chinese people living here. The boss is also Chinese. Language is not a problem. The most profound feeling is that each room can I cook my own food. There is an engine to generate electricity when there is a power outage. The Internet speed is very fast. It feels like staying in Shadian is like going home. I will come back

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating always willing to go the extra mile. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. The location is central to Sandton and security very good. We had a lovely stay. The only area for improvement would be in the Parking Garage which is currently poorly lit and I would recommend better lighting as it's difficult to see where you are going. We had some water issues whilst there for two days, but the hotel staff tried to assist by bringing water to the apartment. The water issue was due to City Council of Johannesburg and no fault of the Apartment hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

Such a beautiful neat,peaceful and relaxing place to be, best service ever. I will recommend you to everyone who needs a good home to meditate or work, the environment is healthy, safe , well positioned and peaceful.

Fantastic place to stay, loved staying at this place and waking up to the sound of running water through the river. very clean and very quite, ideal for business trip. checking process was very easy and smooth. All staff very friendly

Dynasty Forest Apartments was an absolute pleasent stay. The venue was excellent and extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The venue was beautiful. Definitely a place that we would stay again.

I arrived to check in and I was told that someone has already taken my space. I was left stranded just like that. I drove all the way from Durban and the booking online had been made. They didn't even bother canceling prior.

After multiple emails to management about issues experienced they have simply ignored me. I'm beyond disappointed and will certainly heavily discourage anybody form visiting this establishment. There are serious issues with value, particularly the most SHOCKING bed and pillows I have ever slept on, "tired" rooms in ill repair (flooring and fake grass in particular), no backup power, most basic package of TV, banking issues upon arrival. Overpriced for what you get. Pity, it could be good - but it's like a ghost town running on fumes. No vibe, nothing happening, no feedback from management, just an expensive place to get a bad night's sleep during load shedding.
