Front desk staff Mattress wasn’t great. Biggest problem was that we needed to return a car and asked for the phone number for the shuttle service and we were given the wrong number. It was actually an out of service number. So we walked from the airport back to the hotel. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem able to answer questions out of the ordinary.

Nice Airport hotel close to Richmond Airport Compared with my Ashland Studio Inn trip, the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel is the hotel from heaven. Nice and clean and quiet and safe.

A head cold brought to you by Sheraton. I stayed there 4 nights. The heat never fully worked. I asked for assistance from several staff members. Your only bright spot is kenya. I'm on my way back home with a miserable cold. The solution is either shut the room down until the problem can be remedied, or fix it right away. Thank you.
