Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Very upset that those sheets was nasty and had blood stain.

It’s very funky, but the service is good. This place is literally for construction workers and truck drivers who are taking a break or something. But it’s a decent price and has whatever you need. Best to upgrade to the suite with the couch. You don’t want to be stuck in that little room.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Do not believe the pictures on trip advisor or other sites. They are not even close to what it looks like. I don’t need fancy. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels. This was another level. Even before I got to my room, I couldn’t believe how dirty and run down the place was. I’ve never seen carpets with more stains than in the hallways. When I got to my room, the carpets were the same. The bed and the chair both had stains and cigarette burns. The sheets and pillowcases had all kinds of stains, holes, and rips. I was fairly certain that I saw evidence of bugs. There were definitely some flies laying around my room. Light switch covers were hanging off the wall. Appliances and bathroom fixtures were rusty. Everything smelled of smoke. (I had booked a non smoking room) The tv was on and the remote (which had batteries being held in with masking tape) would not work. I couldn’t turn the tv off. Which begged the question, how long had the tv been on? Had housekeeping ignored the tv? Had the room even been cleaned? It was hard to tell. Honestly the place looked like it was from a scene in law and order svu. I went right back down to the front desk, canceled my stay, and left. Thankfully, I had booked through ******* and they made sure I got a refund.

The microtel inn ,in sandston va address 6000Audubon Drive has horrible male employees I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to them btches because they have no patience to wait for money they won’t there money right away the room was fcked up and so was the manager of the hotel if anyone doesn’t pay their money on time they will call the police to escort you out so microtel in sandston Va deserves a zero because of bad service they have so i hope one day corporate will shut them down and never open back up because of bad service they have They have Rats ,mouses , roaches,bedbugs and many more They will stand at the door until you have exited the room

cockroaches in the rooms. I wouldn't stay here again. the people were really nice. The front desk people were very nice. The guy tried apologizing but honestly it needs to be shutdown and renovated.
