I had the worst stay as I found bugs on the floor and bathroom. The room was duty not clean Worst Customer Service. The front desk is a joke. You should train or get a better front desk agent with more confidence to drive the business. I won't stay on this hotel ever on my next trip.

A decent older property. Staff was fine. Room was a little on the larger side, but I did have an end room. It was clean and comfortable. But could use some updating. Connecting door in the room as well as microwave and fridge. Door closers were old so there was some door slamming. Price was reasonable. It is an airport hotel, so you will hear planes. It's not too close to restaurants or shopping.

This was a remarkably bad hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Not once did we have house keeping, even when requested. The woman at the front desk told me she “cancelled “ my request because the housekeeper was too busy. I asked her for towels. She asked me to “bring the used towels downstairs before I would be provided with new towels.” Then I had to ask 3 times for toilet paper.AMAZINGLY AWFUL HOTEL. Do not come here. Don’t know if the Double Tree and Hampton Inn next door to each other are the same.

Everything at this hotel was great based on my experience! Kevin was very helpful with answering all my questions at checkin and making sure we were accommodated for a early morning flight. The room was clean. The shuttle to the airport was ready and on time.

I'm staying here on business. I was told when I checked in that I could call from my room and order from the restaurant. I called the front desk. No answer. I call the main number. No answer. I called the 800 number and told the operator I couldn't reach the front desk. She put me on hold and tried. NO ANSWER. I finally gave up, left my conference call and went downstairs. At the reception desk were 2 people. I told one about my difficulty reaching them. She said, "Oh, the volume on the phone must be down, we haven't had any calls." NO, REALLY?!! I looked at her incredulously and suggested she turn the phone volume up SO SHE CAN HEAR FROM HER GUESTS AND ANYONE ELSE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO BE TRYING TO CALL HILTON GARDEN INN. No apology. Just a stupid look.

Do not stay at this hotel. Badly in need of a facelift. Common areas dirty. Got to room and sliding glass doors to closet were broken. Went to have breakfast and no wait staff showed up so no breakfast! Host at counter only offered a flippant "Sorry". Restaurant not open that evening due to wait staff shortage again. Two other Hilton hotels next door and no arrangements made with them to service guests. Even clocks in common areas not working as no one had bothered to change the batteries. Would never stay here again

I stayed here exactly a year ago and have seen this property decline from barely acceptable to not worth the effort.The pricing has increased but the property and quality and service has declined measurably.

Don’t even try eating breakfast here. Not included, charge 15$ and food is bad. The only saving grace for this place is the hot tub and swimming pool. Price for one night was 200$. All in all not the worst place to stay just don’t get breakfast

Hilton not as advertised. Kitchen was not open as advertised, and the pool area has been closed the past several months for maintenance. When questioned about the pool a few months ago, the staff said it would be fixed shortly. It has not. It’s a clean and convenient hotel close the Richmond airport. Diamond Desk compensated for inconvenience, but hotel website should be updated to reflect these issues.
