賓館是由居民房改裝而成，所以隔音效果就和家裡一樣，幾乎不隔音。電梯也不好找，要到地下停車場去。洗髮水和沐浴露是袋裝的，一小包，根本不夠用。房間很小，走路都要注意，一不小心就會磕到腿。最重要的是，他家的wifi並非一個房間一個網，而是共用其中一個房間的網，網絡不穩定，當那個房間的人不在時就沒有網絡，自己的4G網也不穩定，至少打王者時不時會卡460。總之，不建議入住，房不配價。
