We stayed here for one night before we left Iceland. It is a great little spot about a 10-15 minute drive to the airport with some great views out to the coast. We didn't take advantage of much of the amenities but it had everything we could have needed. It's too bad it's located away from so much in Iceland otherwise we would have certainly stayed here longer.

Sehr nette Unterkunft Nähe Meer. Traumhafter Hot Tube bei Schneefall. Sehr sauber. In der Küche befinden sich die notwendigen Utensilien, Kaffee und Gewürze. Bett ist ein wenig schmal. Aber wenn man sich lieb hat, ist das auch kein Problem.

Tolle Unterkunft, traumhafter Hot-tube, sehr sauber, alles gut organisiert, die Küche beinhaltet alles was man benötigt (inkl. Kaffee, Gewürze usw.). Vorab ein Mail mit allen Infos erhalten. Auch genaue Beschreibungen für Mülltrennung, Wirlpool usw. erhalten.......

Ocean Break Cabins ist eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Der Wohn und Eßbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Großer schöner Eßtisch, bequeme Couch und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Es gab sogar Kaffee mit sämtliches Zubehör und Gewürze.Toll ! ! Das Häuschen war schön warm, vor allem das Bad. Hier fehlt nur ein wenig Ablagefläche. Ansonsten top. Der Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können die Ocean Break Cabins ausnahmslos empfehlen. Würden wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Zu erwähnen wäre noch die Nähe zum Flughafen. Gerade im Winter, und wir hatten hier wirklich Winter, ist es beruhigend, wenn man weiß, man muss in der Witterung nicht so weit fahren. Fluglärm gab es keinen.

Last stop on a wonderful vacation. We stay there because it was very close to the airport as well as the blue Lagoon. Katrin, the owner, stopped by as we were leaving and was extremely friendly. The cabins are very well appointed, best we experienced on our entire trip.

Le logement est situé en zone très calme mais très proche de l'aéroport et de comodités. Le logement est grand, très bien équipé et la cuisine est garnie (sucre, café, papier aluminium, produits d'entretiens...) Nous avons eut un probléme de wifi qui a été résolu en moins de 30 min Si vous pouvez allez manger au ROSTIN RESTAURANT à 3 km il est fabuleux

Probably untypical, we spent 5 days here on our first trip to Iceland (many travelers just stay for 1 night after arrival or before departure as this is so close to the airport). We loved it! A very comfortable place in a nice environment and well equipped with everything you need so no need to bring things like coffee, pepper, salt, spices, oil vinegar ... if you want to cook. The bed was very comfortable, heating working well if needed, good shower ... no complaints. Everything was very clean. Self-check in with a key safe worked like a charm. This is a perfect base if you plan to explore the SW part of Iceland. About 45 mins to Reykjavík, 3 hours to Vik, easy to do Golden Circle, lots of nearby sites o interest (Blue Lagoon, Gunnuhver Thermal Area, Bridge Between Continents, Krýsuvík ...

We were hoping for a show of the Northern Lights but unfortunately they did not appear but the stars from the hot tub were sensational! The cabin was spotless and extremely well equipped and owner so helpful! Great stay!

One of the nicest places we stayed in on a 12 day trip in Iceland. 10 min to airport. Hot tub water was not warm enough for the cool rainy day we had or I would have given it 5 stars. Overlooks a small golf course and you can walk to a beach area.
